I’ve been trying to get in touch with the company about how to return an item, but I haven’t received any response. It's been about a week now. The sunglasses seems fine , but the lack of customer support is really disappointing. I expected much more from a company that has good trustpilot rating.

Product quality and attention to detail can be improved. In general, he does his duty.
The only simple running vest I could find online that meet my requirements. I received it very quickly.
The vest I think is made of very nice materials and seems sturdy and it fits the body very well and still very light weight. What I love most is to no longer having to strap on a phone pocket to my arm. And when running I don't notice phone bouncing around - the vest stays to the body and I can run freely without any hassle.
Some minor quirks I experience with it is that I would have loved some soft padding on the inside and around sticking on the inside of the should paddings, as I feel the edge of the padding in to my neck. The pouch for the phone is kind of a snug fit for my phone Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ and the inside like glues to the phone which makes it not super easy to get in or out. But please note that these are really very small irritations and not things that makes this product not worthy of buying. I totally recommend it.
I would love to have an extra small compartment on the front of the pouch, when the pouch is clicked on to vest, where I could store e.g. a credit card. I would also love to have a small snap clip on left or right side lower of the vest to more easily put on and take off the vest.
Considering the price, I am extremely pleased with this product and totally recommend it.

It would get 5 stars. If there was a possibility to adjust the tightness. And if you could have an extra pocket for a keys. The ones available are not suitable for carries 5+ keys
