Original 1-star review:
Yesterday I ordered a phone case because the website stated “Pakkeshoplevering (i morgen, inden kl. 16:00)”, which clearly implies next-day delivery. Based on that promise, I paid for the delivery. However, the tracking later showed that the package had not even been registered with the courier.
If a company advertises next-day delivery and charges for it, that promise should be met. Instead, I was left without any clear information about when the package would arrive, which felt misleading.
Edit:
I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars due to the customer service.
After contacting them, they refunded the delivery cost and offered me a 150 DKK voucher. That is a good and fair response, and I did receive the package the following day.
That said, the delivery terms and the countdown on the website are still misleading. Based on the other reviews here, this does not seem like a one-off issue. If the website simply stated “1–3 days,” expectations would be clearer and frustration avoided.
As it is now, it gives the impression that fast delivery is used to drive sales, with issues handled afterward through customer service. This should be changed.
