Still waiting for a refund from MAY 2020!!!!
We made the bigger mistake ever. Because prices were slightly better than directly with the airline we booked our flights via Tripair.
WHAT A HORRIBLE MISTAKE!!!!!
It's been months since the flight was cancelled and a long email chain with back and forth, and still as of today 02-Feb-2021, we don't have our money back.
If at some point they decided to reply to one of our multiple email the answer was that we needed to be patient.
How long should we have patience? 10 more years? We will NEVER EVER recommend to anyone to buy fights with this company. Don't let them trick you with the price, there's no customer support and clearly no intention to refund the money.

Still waiting for a refund of a cancelled flight from May 2020, reservation 34289731 (for the Tripair staff to verify). Apparently not the only one. DO NOT use the services of this company until they start refunding their clients like the airlines already do. I will be happy to update my review or add a new one if/when the refund takes place. Until then, choose wisely, don't let this company steal your money.
