I recently ordered some products from Unbound, they were great. Daniel really looked after me throughout the process. He went above and beyond to make sure that my son's birthday presents would arrive on time and I really appreciate that. I ordered the bHaptics bundle from Unbound and the price was great, and the service was immaculate too. I was kept informed by Daniel daily as he knew I was a bit concerned about my gifts arriving on time. Everything went smoothly and everything arrived in prestine condition and a day earlier then my deadline. It meant a lot to me and I would highly recommend Unbound to anybody looking for a friendly, professional, honest service. Thanks again Daniel, I hope you all have a great day. Excellent and friendly customer service.
Customer service was excellent. My Vive Trackstraps were delayed without notice on the website, so I mailed support. Immediately I got to talk to Ops Manager Wilco who responded and kept me updated as soon as he knew more about the factory issues. Very nice guy, very friendly and helpful. More companies should take this example, and the time to properly inform their customers if something is amiss with the production line. That's stuff we as consumers don't get to see without someone with insight into the business.
5/5 stars. Will definitely order with Unbound again if I need any other VR support gear.

unbound XR answered my question by email quickly because i was worried about my delivery number not working on chronopost website but they where nice and they helped me with it and the issue was fixed by waiting just 1 more day like they advised me.

There was an issue with the availability of a bundle, but with discussion with the customer service we could figure out another solution that most other companies would probably not have accepted.

Easy to use website and responsive customer service. I ordered a few things from them, and they quickly informed me that some of the items were currently out of stock. They immediately offered a partial delivery of some items while I wait for the others to come in stock. The whole process took about 3 emails, which was great

Ordered From the USA!
I'm in the USA and I ordered from Unbound XR because I was unable to find this product in my country. Unfortunately, Unbound XR does not ship to the USA -- so I used a service called Shippn to have it sent to someone else, who then re-shipped it to me. I got the product in the mail today and I am so happy with it. Thank you Unbound XR!

I bought Meta Quest Pro bundled
I bought Meta Quest Pro bundled with tracker straps. They had over a month's delay in deliveries due to the huge amount of orders. That's the only downside. Apart from all this, the parcel was professionally packed, all the equipment is new and fully functional, unfortunately without an official guarantee from Meta.

Fast customer service, straight to the point and helpful.
Although my order itself was long, it wasn't their fault as there was a line for stocks on what I was ordering. Each time I sent them an email to do a check-up I would receive replies within the same hour during active hours. The delivery was fast too when stock came around.

Great Company, only issues with shipping
Ordering 2 Quest pros and a bunch of vive trackers in the past, I can say that the company is more than legit and delivers the product will no issues, That being said: there are a lot of complaints about delays and the only issue with UnboundXR is that they don't update you properly if you don't ask, a lot of people were worried at the time of the Qpro+EOZ bundle afraid they've been scammed, after a bit of digging while I was waiting and talking to both UBXR and EOZ reps, it turns out that UnboundXR wasn’t at fault for the delays, their only issue is they weren’t very transparent about what’s going on and just kept telling me “expected in the next 2 weeks” for more than a while, it took about 1.5 months when it was listed on their website at the time of purchase that it’ll be same day shipping, I’m giving this I high rating because I’ve read about UBXR’s issues with delays and had my expectations managed, as for the companies Legitimacy, I can without a doubt say that I’ve received orders from them multiple times and they’re fully functional, brand new and just as advertised, in the end if I have one improvement to make it would be their shipping / transparency about their shipping

I ordered the bhaptics tactsuit pro and the sleeve on Monday, got the package on Thursday, had fun in VR on Thursday evening! Professional shop, good communication, product working fine!

Absolutely horrendous experience.
As with many others, ordered the Meta Quest Pro + EOZ bundle and was told they were missing EOZ stock at first (after inquiring, as they never reached out to begin with) then was told 7 weeks later that they were in fact missing Quest Pros from Meta. Absolutely unacceptable behavior and will not be ordering through them ever again.

Horrendous experience
Unbelievable, oversell the Quest Pro & EOZ bundle, what a giant mess this was.
You guys said you would be able to fulfil all the orders, even stating that it was EOZ at fault and then still couldn't deliver on your promises to deliver the Quest Pro in the end. Almost 2 full months without a single update on the delivery, to then be force refunded out of nowhere and told "Sorry, there's nothing else we can do" and then when asked if you could offer me a Vive XRE or Focus Vision, you have the audacity to offer it USED, open box state, for €825, and €1095 respectively?
Not to mention that because of currency exchange I've already lost out on €20, and that since you guys had said in emails that you were waiting for QPro stock, regarding my order, I had went ahead and ordered accessories, taking an even bigger hit...
I've used you guys before and it's went alright, not this time around though.
Last time I ever use UnboundXR, and I hope any one who reads this will think twice before picking this mess of a company, honestly you'd be better off paying a premium any where else than supporting this joke of a company.
The customer is not important at UnboundXR.

Ordered BoboVR M3 Pro Headband on…
Ordered BoboVR M3 Pro Headband on 27.11.2024. It still has not arrived. Was patiently waiting until the 2nd of January 2025 when I wrote to support about the delivery still not complete. At the same I day I got reply saying that this issue will be investigated and they will get back to me no later than 10 business days. On 22.1.2025 there is no answer yet. I have sent multiple emails but there is no response. So far very disappointed

Good Vendor, bad Shipping Company
They offered the VIVE 3.0 Trackers extremely cheap and with a 1-year guarantee, so I bought two of them, since I already got some. They arrived today, all without issues.
Unfortunately, they choose the absolute worst shipping company ever, DPD.
Hermes and DHL could deliver last week and in-between Christmas and New Year without issues, only DPD took literal centuries to get anything done.
I ordered on 27.12.24 and got my trackers today (7.01.25).
Sure, holidays. But how come the others could deliver last week without issues? Only DPD was extremely slow and it's annoying, the package was laying at their station for a whole week.
I expected too much from their "2-3 Business days" for Germany.

Can't really recommend purchasing from here.
After saying the Vive 3.0 trackers will be back in stock within 5 working days, they were not. This happened 2 times. Purchased on the 6'th and still don't have them. Currently having to go through customs charges. Keep this in mind if you do decide to purchase from here. Delivery is NOT free.

Incredible customer experience
Very good company with incredible customer service!
They're official EOZ retailers, and they regularly do incredible deals on VR Hardware (like recently on the quest pro or on vive trackers) and they also provide all of the info you will ever need.
I recently ordered the Quest Pro Bundle, and they immediately gave me basic billing info via email, such as invoices etc, and when prompted by emailing them with questions they responded rapidly and with friendly demeanour. Highly reccommend!
