VCA was incredibly responsive when USPS lost my package. They immediately sent a replacement, which arrived within 14 days. Their products are consistently high‑quality, and I’ll definitely order from them again.

First of all customer service is excellent they respond to my concern and fixed the issue right away love that in a company. Im happy of what ive order well package even i didnt choose the luxe box for extra fee. It still came well packed❤️ their product are all stunning and i will be buying more soon. Made to orders both said delivered but I didn't receive them so they said they reshipped them sent tracking number after a rew days it said delivered never received my order i spent almost a hundred dollars and then they said they would give me a 70% back still have not received my money or product do not order from this company you never get your stuff or a refund

I was in the market for a Cartier clash ring and found VCA in my search. They had exactly what I was looking for! I ordered 2, one gold and one silver. Shipping was a bit delayed. However, Isabella from customer support kept me updated with all shipping information. Once I received my package I was amazed on the quality! What you see is what you get and that’s very important to me. VCA and Isabella made this experience very seamless. I have my eye on the Cartier Love Unlimited ring so I’ll be placing another order soon!

I ordered package from vashale and have not received it’s been almost month, they keep offering refund but haven’t seen it also say they were expediting my package that was a week and half ago and still no package! I think they need shut down stop scamming people!!

Customer service is amazing. Had a problem with shipping and they resent the order. Very happy with the quality of the jewelry I ordered. Looks and wears amazingly.

FAKE. This company is using my REAL van cleef collection video ILLEGALLY to sell their fake, counterfeit products all over the internet. Do NOT buy from this company. I do not endorse fake jewelry. False advertising, fake products, disgusting.

MISLEADING AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. Uses false advertising, stealing other people's content to play it off as their own. Have seen videos on Instagram and Facebook of another creator's content that they shamelessly (and illegally) used as their own. The funny part is that those products in the video are actually authentic, meanwhile this company is deceiving customers by showing authentic products while selling counterfeit goods. Legal action is currently being pursued.
