Our records indicate that this order was placed on August 22, 2025, which is well outside our clearly stated 30-day worry-free guarantee. Despite this, our customer service team went beyond our standard policy by offering you a free replacement, where you only had to cover a small shipping fee. You chose not to proceed with this option, and we respect your decision.

Furthermore, we are a US company and respectfully disagree with the characterization of our jewelry as a “one-time use.” Thousands of customers continue to wear and enjoy our pieces daily. When issues are reported within 30 days after receiving an order, products are covered under our 30-day worry-free guarantee. In which any defective product is replaced completely for free at no additional cost. We even cover the shipping fee, so the customer pays nothing out of pocket.

Due to differences in gold content and the plating process, slight color variations are completely normal and should be expected.

In terms of shipping origin, while most orders are fulfilled from our local inventory, there are times when an item is temporarily unavailable. In these cases, we ship directly from one of our international warehouses to ensure orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible rather than waiting for restocks.

We carefully reviewed the details you provided and offered appropriate resolution options, including a free replacement or a full refund for the ring. You chose a full refund for the defective ring. Therefore, we then processed and issued your refund in a timely manner.

With regard to the additional concerns raised about discoloration and the bracelets you indicated had broken, our team requested clear photos to allow for a proper and thorough assessment. Unfortunately, we did not receive clear photos from you for these items, even after repeatedly asking you for them. Which limited our ability to fully evaluate the claims and take further action.

Your order was placed on December 6, 2025, and was successfully delivered on December 31, 2025, which falls slightly outside of our stated processing and shipping timeframe. The delay was due to the holiday peak season, in which shipping carriers often take longer to deliver packages. Although there was a slight delay in the delivery of your order your tracking information was sent to you via email. Allowing you to monitor the shipment’s progress until delivery.
