I placed my first order with Wall Blush…

I placed my first order with Wall Blush on November 9. I entered my wall measurements using their app, which provided a recommended number of rolls. I mistakenly assumed that clicking “Add to Cart” would automatically add the correct quantity, but the system doesn’t work that way.

On November 11, I received an email confirming the order had gone into printing. That’s when I noticed I had selected the wrong size and was short 3 roll. I immediately emailed customer service and submitted a cancellation request. On November 12, they replied quickly and kindly, but the order was already in production and no longer eligible for cancellation.

The wallpaper arrived on November 14, and I submitted a return request for store credit. The request was approved on November 17, and I received a prepaid label, with $15 deducted from the credit to cover return shipping. I also read online that Wall Blush may charge an additional $15 restocking fee; however, I’m not entirely sure if that was applied to my return, as I don’t fully remember the exact credit amount.

The package was delivered to their warehouse on November 20. I emailed customer service on November 21 and again on December 1 for status updates. Each time, the responses were fast, friendly, and helpful. On December 1, they checked the return status and approved my credit within minutes.

By that time, I had already purchased wallpaper for my original project from another company — same design, same thickness, half the price, and delivered in just two days. Since I now had credit with Wall Blush, I used it to place a second order in another design, which was delivered on December 11.

Overall:
– The return and reorder process took a little over a month, which may not work well for time-sensitive projects.
– Prices are on the higher side, and many designs don’t appear to be exclusive to the brand.
– The customer service team was excellent throughout quick, polite, and consistently helpful. This is the main reason I am giving a 2-star rating instead of lower.

I hope this review helps others understand what to expect when ordering from Wall Blush.

Do not order from the company

Ridiculous company. I purchased the luxe version of their wall paper, realized 1 hr later I ordered the wrong size. Contacted the company to cancel the order so I could order the correct size and they said they would try but all orders are non-refundable. After the encounter I did some research and found numerous issues with the company and products. Waste of time and money. Shame on you, Wall Blush.

Numerous problems

twice, WallBlush messed up my order. Given the relatively long wait time to receive the order the first time, then realizing I was missing panels, then reordering the panels, then receiving incorrect panels AGAIN, to finally receiving the correct additional panels for a mural project, I missed my window to install these myself.

As such, I had to hire an installer. This installer prefers to use his own adhesive, so I was left with 6 packs of unopened paste. When I tried to return these packs for a refund, I was told that I was outside of the refund window, even though the delay was of their own doing.

The wallpaper is ok. A bit lackluster and not top quality, but serviceable, but the customer service and unwillingness to fix their own errors means I will not return to them ever

The wall paper is overpriced and if you…

The wall paper is overpriced and if you have a continuous pattern make sure you measure the wall exactly cause if you order more it may not match up. I am having a hard time with this wall paper and wasted over 1200 dollars. Please purchase wall paper locally if you can.

Drab, sad and depressing

This stuff doesn’t look anything like the pictures. I took a chance that even if I didn’t love the one I got, there are so many beautiful things I could exchange it and be ok. It’s not. Three items are all dull and drab. The bright online colors are universally washed out and sad looking. I’m crushed and stuck because they only give store credit. Get wallpaper at Home Depot. Easy install and full refunds.😣

Don’t order if you’re outside of the US

Placed an order to the UK back when they had their Easter sale, but Wallblush reported the full value of the wallpaper to FedEx - so we’re getting stung in customs, almost at the value of the wallpaper itself. Lovely wallpaper, but not worth the outrageous import fees and disappointed that the wrong order value was submitted by wallblush.

Horrible experience with peel and stick wallpaper…

I ordered the peel and stick wallpaper for my entire bathroom after testing a sample for over six months on my smooth walls. I also made sure it was ok to use in a bathroom after seeing many photos of bathrooms on their website and social channels. Sadly, It began to completely fall off of the walls three days after installation! After many back and forth emails with customer service, they offered to send me their ‘paste the wall’ paper but will not refund my order. Paste the wall completely defeats the purpose of wanting to use peel and stick and is absolutely not a solution to their product just not working like it should have. At this point their peel and stick product feels like false advertising and I highly recommend looking to another company when using in any bathroom!!

Think twice before ordering!

I ordered a sample from them and decided it was what we wanted. I ordered enough for the wall and what I received was totally different! I wanted a denim look and what I received looked like they had magnified the denim by 100% and instead of the chambray color, it was navy blue. They refuse to take it back claiming that each wallpaper is individually crafted. They want to give me a gift card too. I'll never order their junk again!

Costly Misinformation: My Cautionary Tale with Wall Blush

I want to share a cautionary tale about my experience with Wall Blush, which ended up being both costly and frustrating. Despite spending nearly $1500 on what was advertised as 'peel and stick' wallpaper, I encountered a significant issue when the product required traditional installation methods, contrary to its description. This not only led to confusion but also to considerable additional expenses due to hiring a professional installer based on inaccurate product information.

Upon contacting Wall Blush to resolve the issue, the response was underwhelming. Despite acknowledging the confusion caused by their misleading product description, their compensation offer—a partial refund of $150 and a $100 gift card—fell short of covering the actual damages incurred. My attempts to negotiate a more equitable refund, given the substantial outlay and inconvenience, were met with a rigid and unsatisfactory customer service approach.

The entire ordeal has been a lesson in the importance of transparent and accurate product descriptions and the need for responsive and fair customer service. Unfortunately, Wall Blush's handling of my situation revealed significant deficiencies in both areas. Their unwillingness to fully address the financial and practical implications of their mistake has left me feeling disregarded as a customer.

I urge potential customers to approach Wall Blush with caution. While the company did offer some form of compensation, the resolution did not adequately account for the total costs and hassle their product misinformation caused. This experience underscores the critical need for businesses to not only provide clear and accurate information but also to back it up with customer service that genuinely seeks to rectify issues in a fair and satisfactory manner.
