We used Wallypark for our LastTime!

We used Wallypark for our last trip, and that will be our very last time for Wallypark. I paid for a long-term covered parking spot from Nov. 28 until Dec. 22. When we arrived there were NO covered spots, so we had to take an uncovered spot. I immediately filled out a complaint about wanting the difference in price refunded to me. I got an automated response about looking into it, but nothing was ever remitted or credited to my account. When we arrived in MCO on the afternoon on Dec. 22nd, the booth attendant said we owed another $17.00 because we were supposed to be checked out by 9:30 AM. I told her we had not received a covered spot. Today they told me that 30 days has gone by since the original complaint, so they considered the matter closed. They only thing I know is really closed is ANY FURTHER BUSINESS FROM US!
DO NOT USE THIS PARKING LOT, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent Service from Russell Liverpool!
I had a fantastic experience with WallyPark thanks to shuttle driver Russell Liverpool. He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment I boarded the shuttle. Russell went out of his way to make sure everyone was comfortable and that his customers luggage was handled with care. His positive attitude and great customer service really stood out and made the ride enjoyable. It’s always nice to meet someone who clearly takes pride in their work, which ultimately encourages the airport workers have a great day ahead of them.
Highly recommend WallyPark — and especially Russell — for making travel to and from work stress-free and pleasant!

Do not use this place

Do not use this place! We have been loyal customers for several years until this last trip and now we will NEVER use them again! First off they took 45 minutes to pick us up from the airport after we called them and another family had already been waiting over an hour! This all happened this past July 7th 2025. Secondly I booked with them through July 8th because we were coming back from Italy and to give us a buffer on dates in case the planes were delayed, etc. Well, we got back in time and I contacted Wallypark to get my refund for my day not used and these thieves flat out told me that they do not do refunds!!!! Are you kidding me? So they have flat out told me, "tough shit, we are stealing your money". I'd steer clear of this place. We won't ever be back after they literally stole from us!

WALLYPARK wants to give me points that…

WALLYPARK wants to give me points that I don’t want. I want to be reimbursed for the cost of the taxi fare

On Sat, 2 Aug at 6:11 PM , I wrote:
On yesterday, (8/1/2025) my family and I returned from an international trip and I followed the directions that were given by your company for shuttle pickup. We contacted your company for pick up at 5:38 p.m. and we called back several times receiving different answers on when we would be picked up. An agent said that the shuttle was in route, it would arrive in five to ten minutes. We waited until approximately 6:20 p.m. and no shuttle ever came. After it appeared that your company was not coming for us, we hired a taxi to take us to your parking lot and the cost was $31.00, excluding the tip which ended up being a total $36. I had paid you for a service that you did not fulfill. Therefore, I am requesting that your company reimburse me for the unexpected expense that l incurred due to your not picking us up. Your security guard, Mr. Charlie, can attest to the fact that we arrived in a taxi. It is my expectation that you will resolve this matter expeditiously. We were very disappointed with your lack of service and were delayed significantly from traveling home to Alabama. As we stood waiting for your shuttle, we saw several shuttles( Peachy Airport Parking, the Faspark.com, the Parking Spot, Park Atlanta ). that made several trips to that area. We are puzzled by your lack of service. I look forward to hearing from you.

This place is trash

This place is trash , pay a few dollars more and park somewhere else. The wait time for pickup from the airport , you will see 10 other parking companies pass by you while you wait.
Also the drivers and valet will give you hard attitude if you don’t tip them what they feel is enough, watch out .

Wallypark shuttle service is horrible

Whatever you do, don’t use Wallypark…pickup shuttle from the airport takes forever. They don’t have a separate dedicated dropoff and pickup shuttle so when you request a pickup, the shuttle is nearly full from all the folks for the dropoff so you have to wait for the next shuttle which takes forever. I like the divider to protect your car from dings, but the wait is ridiculous. My last time using Wallypark, I’m going to try the Parking Spot next time as I saw like 5-6 shuttles drive by, by the time 1 Wallpark shuttle showed, and that’s if they have any room too. Bye bye Wallypark, I’m sick and tired of your crappy shuttle service.

DO NOT USE WALLY PARK

DO NOT USE WALLY PARK! If you pre-pay they WILL NOT refund the money if you have to cancel. We tried many times to cancel and, due to a problem with their app, we were never able to get on to our account or to reach a live representative by phone, which they apparently do not even have. So we lost $103. We are long-time users but will never park there again.

Pickup was Miserable for Self-Parking…

Pickup was Miserable for Self-Parking lots.
I texted for a shuttle and then called to followup with call center assured me that a shuttle was on the way. Talked to one of the WallyPark Garage drivers and was told they would send a shuttle. WallyPark was the only one that did not have a regular shuttle going to the Self Parking, but there were 8 shuttles to the Garage. Just a miserable experience. One of the drivers Abdul agreed to take us to the Self Park, after dropping others off at the Garage.

Pickup was Miserable

I texted for a shuttle at 5:38. I called to followup at 5:59 and a call center assured me that a shuttle was on the way. I called a second time at 6:16 and was told they would send a shuttle. It finally arrived at 6:30. Saw dozens of vans from other parking spots come and go while I waited. Wallypark was the only one that did not have a regular van going. Just a miserable experience.

Good service but bad charge processes on reservations

Good experience with drivers with shuttle to and from the airport. No one providing any direction to area where spots were available so had to drive around more than necessary. Definitely a problem with charges on reservations. I put in the approximate arrival and departure times based on flight schedule and the pre-paid amount was based on these times but when return flight arrived 4 hours late after the system required me to pay for an extra day even though I was a number of hours earlier than the last full day that was paid. The answer was that they charge based on the times entered on the reservation and if it is one hour more then charges are for an additional day regardless of the times entered and exited so no computation based on the actual 24 hour time period. Definitely mis-representation of rates!

Absolutely a terrible experience

Let me start with the Pros. Price and that’s the end of it. Now Cons:
1- Although in their confusing instructions(outside door A1 or A2?) they mention for pick up, text “Shuttle” to (678) 293-7255, but they absolutely have no idea how many people request shuttle pick ups at the same time. As a result they just send one rude driver and just imagine you’re at ATL waiting 30 min for the shuttle and when it arrives and while you’re loading your luggage in the back, other people jump in and take all the seats. Well, the only thing you can do is taking back your luggage and politely ask the driver to use her radio and ask for another shuttle. Then “Benicia” the driver starts screaming at you that “get away from me. I’m doing my job etc”. Very rude, harassing and unprofessional behavior.
2- obviously you asked the driver to use her radio for a reason. Cuz they are not answering their phones and put you on hold for 25-40 min. Long story short, I gave up and called uber. Paid $33 to get there and pick up my car. Benicia, the rude driver was there. I tried to complain but there were no ears for that. They just don’t care!
Does it worth the cheaper price? Hell no!

Based on the Atlanta facilities

Based on the Atlanta facilities, I have to find a new parking place for offsite parking. Wally Park has the newest and best covered parking but the rest of the experience makes them a provider of last resort at an already difficult to use airport. Their check in experience NEVER has people in the booth so don’t have a problem with your QR code to enter the facility. If you can find a spot despite having a reservation, be ready for a very long wait for the transportation. For some reason they operate with a minimum number of drivers so even when they have buses they don’t usually have more than one driver coming and going. It usually takes 30 minutes from the time of parking at Wally Park to circle the area before leaving for the airport. Leave Yourself plenty of time prior to checkin because they run only one or two buses. And when you return to the airport be easy for a very long wait for a pick up. I regularly see 4-6 pickups of WP competitors before getting the WP bus. Only use them as a last resort when all others are full.

There are better places to park

I had a terrible experience at Wallypark last week, and leaves me also with no trust that there is anyone watching vehicles late at night.

My flight was delayed about an hour so I came into LAX around 1:15AM. I called for a van pickup at Terminal 1, and waited approximately 15 minutes. No problem, other than my driver was not very friendly and didn't offer to help with my bag when I boarded the van or when we arrived at Wallypark. I could handle it myself, but after a very long flight would have welcomed it, and usually drivers in the past have done this.

I had made a reservation and prepaid my parking as I have done in the past, so when I left the garage went to scan my QR code to leave. It would not work. Thinking maybe the extra hour needed to be paid, I went into the office to see if that was the case, but could not find a single person anywhere. I waited about 10 minutes and the driver showed up again in front. I asked him if he could call someone. He called the desk on a two way radio, which I could hear standing next to the desk. I told him no one was around... could he reach anyone else? He just shrugged his shoulders, closed the van doors and sat in his van. I called Wallypark's phone number and it rang on the phone in the office. I called back, trying every different option... no live person would answer. By the way, the Valet window was just wide open, I could have easily reached over and grabbed any keys I wanted - not good! Still not a single person around, and by this time, at least 30 mintues had gone by and the driver in the van had even left, I guess to go on another airport run.

I tried the Wallypark phone number again, and this time the answering service picked up (same service I spoke to when I called for the van from the airport). I explained what was happening, and they tried to call someone for me, but as I stood there, I heard the worker's cell phone ringing on his desk nearby. I told the guy from the answering service, the cell phone was ringing, but no one was there. He said he would try someone else and hung up. I continued to wait but I was steaming by this point, I had about a 2 hour drive ahead of me and had to go work the next day. It was 2:15 AM at this point, and I'm captive in this garage. Finally a woman showed up, I think she may have come from the Wallypark Express garage. I explained what was going on and that I couldn't get out with my barcode. She said she wasn't going to make me wait for the person who was supposed to be there and grabbed a remote which lifted the barrier so I could leave.

I will never park at Wallypark again, beyond this inconvenience, it showed me that no one is watching the vehicles at this time of night. Any criminal could have easily walked in, grabbed those keys from valet and burgled hundreds of cars, or even stolen them.

We have a corporate program with Wallpark at work, and I am the person who signs up new people for it, well that is done now too. Not comfortable sending anyone there. This was the last straw, thinking back the last few times I've used it, vans have been less frequent around the airport and always super crowded anyway... time to move on to a new garage/service. Bye bye Wallypark. You need to do better.
