This project started in 2024 with a written contract stating the website would be completed in 6 months. It has now been over two years, and although Web Builder LLC claims the site is “close” to finished, we still cannot properly operate it.

Multiple Web Builder LLC team members — Ronan, Liam, and Rick — were repeatedly copied on emails outlining ongoing issues, yet no one took responsibility or resolved them.

The site continues to have backend errors, broken links, missing images, and product pricing issues. Our team cannot reliably manage products or content, which directly affects our business.

We were promised a two-year window for fixes and revisions, then later told that period had ended and that we must purchase a maintenance plan just to fix existing problems. When we asked for maintenance plan options, they never sent them.

We were also told to mark the project as “complete” so they could continue fixing issues — which did not happen.

After more than two years, this has been a major waste of time and money. We would not recommend Web Builder LLC to any business.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They do not deliver on their promises. Total scammers. First I paid them to set up my LLC. They took my money and never even applied for one.

Stay away from Alex. He's nothing but a liar.

These company are scammers, the Sales Rep for Amazon FBA there promised to sell my inventory in 30 days since Feb 2/21/2025 and so far it did not sell, all kinds of excuses.
I paid $ 4900 total and was promised to sell all inventory in 30 days, but all I sold was $ 500 total after 8 months.
The main guy Ken Williams kept changing his phone number, then asked me to change my listings from Amazon to Tik Tok on November 7. But nothing was sold so far since Nov 7 from 80 items, Zero sales. I was promised they will buyback the rest of the inventory which is over $ 3000 on 11/15 but they ghosted me since then, no phone calls or emails answered, nothing like they never existed, you ahve been warned, SCAM ALERT !!

BEWARE!!! DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THEM!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! I contracted Web Builders LLC on March 23, 2025 for an Amazon store development package at a cost of $4,900 (approx). The sales rep quoted a projected $7,000/month revenue. After launch, revenue has been under $1,000. Multiple follow-ups produced no meaningful updates and they have been unresponsive. I am requesting a full refund!!!

This team is highly creative and extremely motivated. I got my website made and I am quite impressed with the results. I am now getting my second website made by them. Highly recommended.

I worked with Rick Sanchez and the team on my new website. It was a little slow but Rick was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process.
