Failure to deliver services / Misrepresentation / Poor customer service
This project started in 2024 with a written contract stating the website would be completed in 6 months. It has now been over two years, and although Web Builder LLC claims the site is “close” to finished, we still cannot properly operate it.
Multiple Web Builder LLC team members — Ronan, Liam, and Rick — were repeatedly copied on emails outlining ongoing issues, yet no one took responsibility or resolved them.
The site continues to have backend errors, broken links, missing images, and product pricing issues. Our team cannot reliably manage products or content, which directly affects our business.
We were promised a two-year window for fixes and revisions, then later told that period had ended and that we must purchase a maintenance plan just to fix existing problems. When we asked for maintenance plan options, they never sent them.
We were also told to mark the project as “complete” so they could continue fixing issues — which did not happen.
After more than two years, this has been a major waste of time and money. We would not recommend Web Builder LLC to any business.
