Affordable and healthy
Since the beginning we have been buying from Wooof, and we are fairly happy with the services. Even their hypoallergenic products are affordable, compared to other brands. And any time there was an issue, the team helped us any way they could, to make sure their food is healthy, and our dog is happy with the food.
The only feedback I have is to make the products available consistently. Some snacks aren’t always available, which makes it hard to pick additional supplements without switching them up too much.

Always fast delivery, the kibble is of very good.
My dog used to be very skinny despite having a good kibble. Once we switched to Woof high energy, he started gaining weight. Hasn't had a single issue with his stomach either.
Price is also very good for 18kg bag.

Our dog is very sick from this food. Upset stomach accompanied by diarrhea. Will not order anymore.

We initially planned to try the food for a week and then decide on further use. However, seeing how much the dog was suffering, we decided not to continue for the full week and stopped using it immediately. We also chose not to order any more.

The digesitve system needs to get used to the new food, but this should not take longer than one and a half to two weeks. Did you already contact our customer service? We are always willing to help. Tried many types of food for the dogs and for all of them they sometimes had runny stool. Since they eat only Wooof kibbles, the end result is always perfect consistency and colour. The price is also great.
