The reusable packaging, if you need to return any item. There's a separation of each item indide it's own plastic bag. Clothes and shoes come always in great condition, of the shelf feeling.

The order came when expected, the goods where according the sizes. I needed to return one of the items and I add a very nice support from the assistant that guide me throw the process.
