Never received my order, but payed for it
One expects some decency from well-established (?) online shops like Esdemarca, that you can trust them to be fair, but unfortunately this doesn't seem to be the case with Esdemarca.
I fell ill during Christmas and New Year while my order from Esdemarca waited to be picked up. I had no one to ask and I was in no condition to go to the pick-up point, or even contact Esdemarca to explain the situation, so the delivery was sent back automatically.
Since then I have tried to get in touch with Esdemarca several times, emailing them and filling in the contact form on their website. But no one has answered. I have waited for weeks to get a reply from Esdemarca.
Since my order was returned to Esdemarca just after New Year, I have expected a refund from them. But as they refuse to answer I have drawn the conclusion that they are actually avoiding me, or rather, avoiding the refund they should have made.
So I have payed Esdemarca for a pair of shoes that I never got. I waited to write this review until I had given Esdemarca a chance to reply, and a fair amount of time to pass, but it's now evident that this is not a company one should trust.

I think this is a scam website
I bought shoes in November unfortunately too big so I returned and I still have not been credited to my account despite me trying to contact this company with the order number etc. They do not respond to any emails.

Terrible customer service and delivery…
Terrible customer service and delivery took weeks- no apology. The parcel got lost in the system and the company did not try to resolve this, it was very much 'its not our fault' - no offer to refund or replace. Thankfully they happened to turn up eventually!! Would never use this company again

Really bad experience
Worst sevice! I have tried to return a pair of boots, which I couldn't do on the website. I have e-mailed them several times on different mails the last month with no answers. Now I'm stocked with a pair of booths that doesn't fit.
I do not recommend Esdemarca at all.

Looks professional, but
Looks professional, good brands, description could be better, like saying a coat has 3 zips that would have been helpful.
Ordered delivery not the quickest.
Returns what a faff, wasn’t sure so emailed twice no reply. Eventually sent coat back 3 weeks later no refund, as they don’t answer emails sitting in limbo will I get a refund?
If you don’t need to return anything ok, but if you do I would think carefully before you purchase.

Extremely difficult to return item
Extremely poor experience with Esdemarca. Delivery took almost three weeks, and returning an item from Ireland is practically impossible, even when the product is defective and not fit for purpose.
Their website states that returns from Ireland cost €5.99 for drop-off or €25.99 for home collection. However, when you actually try to process a return, neither option works. In reality, returning an item from Ireland cannot be completed at all. I have screenshots to prove this.
The €25.99 return fee is presented as non-refundable, even for faulty goods, which is completely unacceptable.
Based on this experience, I strongly advise against ordering from this website. I regret not reading genuine customer reviews before making a purchase.

I CANNOT recommend using Esdemarca. I bought a rather expensive jacket on their black friday sale in 2025, that waa going to be my sons Christmas present. But we never received the Ralph Lauren jacket Tracking of the parcel shows, that the jacket was send back to Spain in december, but I never received the fefund. I have written Esdemarca at least 3 times with no response.
So no, I CANNOT recommend using their site.
I am so dissapointed in them.

Very good - I bought a Ralph Lauren Gorham jacket from them and everything went very smoothly. Took a week or so to arrive but understandably the case given it was shipped from Spain. Came very well packaged. Will use them again.

It’s been 3 weeks I returned the item I purchased from them with the order number 7729254, and until today , they’re still not processing the refund. I sent them an email 5 days ago to let them know about this long wait for refund, but I haven’t received any notifications from Esdemarca , while all companies respond within 24h ! So I tracked myself the location of the return number : OT915604501GB , I see that the parcel Is located in Netherlands since 02 of January 2026 , so what they are waiting for ? It is already arrived at destination ? Or why it’s been more than 1 week , the parcel remains at the same location ?! In summary , this company Esdemarca seems to me that they are neither serious nor professional in their business !!!!

Amazing prices and a trusted retailer
Amazing prices and a trusted retailer. Communication is a bit sparse while they organise the delivery, but once the package gets on the road, you're notified and given tracking details. I'll definitely visit them again.
Note: delivery will take over a week, as it comes from Spain.

I had a great experience shopping with this store! I ordered a pair of shoes in the color “Nubuck Khaki–Pistachio,” and when they arrived, I noticed that the color was slightly different from the photos online. I contacted customer support, and they handled everything professionally, quickly, and very kindly.
They acknowledged the issue, organized a free return from my home, and kept me updated throughout the process. Their communication was clear and polite, which made the situation completely stress-free.
In the end, I decided to keep the shoes, and I’m very happy with them. I really appreciate the team’s efficiency, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
Extremely abusive return conditions
Extremely abusive return conditions. I was charged over €50 plus 3,99 eur just to send back items that were far below the quality shown online. The shipping box arrived damaged, yet they still demand returns in the original Esdemarca box. On top of that, there is no guarantee they will even accept the return because of the packaging, meaning I could lose the entire value of my purchase. This is unacceptable and feels like a complete scam. I will never buy from this store again.

very dissapointed with customer service, I ordered some boots for christmas and they never arrived, they were delivered and left in the public street! not even in the large postbox provided, not Esdemarcas fault but royal mail who have accepted the error, however 5 emails to Esdemarca and NO RESPONSE! they need to claim from royal mail as they are the seller, PLEASE PROCCED WITH THIS ESDEMARCA AND REFUND ME!

Over a Month of Non-Refund – Fraud and Illegal Practices
I returned my orders 7704115 and 7703395 on 10/12/2025, but for over a month I still have not received the money (and they do not refund the additional discount difference). The company changes the return dates in their system and shows lower amounts, ignoring my rights and acting fraudulently.
I have screenshots and proof. I demand an immediate full refund, or I will take legal action!

Devolví mis pedidos 7704115 y 7703395 el 10/12/2025, pero ya hace más de un mes que no he recibido el dinero (y no me reembolsan la diferencia de descuento adicional). La empresa cambia las fechas de devolución en su sistema y muestra importes menores, ignorando mis derechos y actuando de manera fraudulenta.
Tengo capturas de pantalla y pruebas. Exijo un reembolso íntegro e inmediato, o tomaré acciones legales y chargeback.

For clarification and legal accuracy:
– The returned items were delivered to InPost on 03/12/2025, which I can prove with carrier confirmation.
– Esdemarca only reflected the return in my profile on 10/12/2025, causing an artificial delay.
– As of 30/12/2025, the cheaper order was marked as “resolved” only after my Trustpilot complaint, yet no money has been credited to my account.
Regarding order 7703395:
– I paid 109.00 € for the products.
– Esdemarca deducted delivery costs (–3.99 €) and canceled a 10.00 € discount voucher, and calculated only 95.01 €.
Important legal point:
The rule “discount voucher is not refunded” was NOT disclosed at the moment the discount was offered or applied at checkout. I was informed of this restriction only later, on the return page, which violates EU consumer law transparency requirements (Directive 2011/83/EU).
A trader must refund the full amount actually paid, unless limitations were clearly and explicitly communicated before payment. Retroactively canceling a discount is not lawful.
I have full documentation: carrier confirmation, screenshots, payment proof.
I expect the FULL refund of the amount paid, without unlawful deductions, and without further delay.
