I can only confirm the very bad customer service rating. I am temporarily abroad for work for some months, and had to temporarily deactivate my Swiss number, on which I was receiving the SMS to login on myAtupri. I asked in due time that the phone number would be changed, or that they could switch to a different login method, and 2 months later, I am still unable to login. Customer service is absolutely non-existent, they do not reply or, when they do, they are unable to solve even simple problems like changing a phone number (I cannot do it autonomously because I cannot access myAtupri). I will switch to a different provider as soon as possible.
