I had the very first BEABA Babycook for my first child (it served well, though it was fully plastic). I decided to replace the old one with the new version (where the bowl is glass instead of plastic), and I just can’t understand how France, famous for its top-tier engineering, could make such new crap! How can an old product be more convenient than the new one?! What’s going on in the heads of the people who produce this new junk?! The new BEABA is awkward to use—you have to waste time just to close the bowl properly, and inserting the bowl is also inconvenient (you need time to align and lock it!). Then, you burn yourself trying to open it (in the old model, everything was way simpler)! And after just a few uses, rust started appearing in the water compartment, and after a month, the blade/blender suddenly began turning on by itself, without pressing anything!!!

Have not received our order, which was expected to delivered within 4-7 bussiness days. They don't reply to messages through messaging system on their website nor via phone to customer care. Looks like a scam.
Never received my package, placed an order on 04/04, it was supposed to arrive within 4-7 business days. Clearly, that’s not the case. Any attempt at contacting customer service is a fail, as none, literally none of the links on their website have any valid contact information.
Never received my package and customer service is unreachable. Would strongly advise against ordering from this site.

Their site is absolute hell - first it kept saying the phone number was invalid. Then I somehow managed to register just to find out they deliver to like 3 EU countries (despite the site being EU).
Really, in 2025 they could manage an EU-wide delivery.
Whatever I can get from stockists is good and I'm happy with the quality.

Worst customer experience ever! After receiving damaged expensive device with damages on few parts (probably used) I went into a lengthy process of contacting them. First I got transferred from one e mail address to another, then I have to wait days for each response and the final resolution was to send them the device to repair. To repair a “brand new” device I have received damaged! Oh, and their customer support is impossible to be reached on the phone. And when you are buying, their website is in your local language, but when you are trying to return or contact them, everything is in French.
Avoid at all costs.

Bought a 200€ Beaba babyfoon Zen Premium, when installing, it was clear that the camera was not working.
Trying to contact the customer service, we are more than a week later and still not any step from their side except for sending youtube links on how to couple the camera with the monitor although it’s very clear it arrived broken.
No option to call them nor do they propose any replacement, really not satisfied.

Horrible customer support, the non-existent!
I couldn't register an account to place an online order because the phone number field kept saying it was wrong.
First I had the site in English, then I found a support email and got a reply from BEABA USA asking me to contact another email from BEABA Europe. Fine... I sent an email straight away. Months passed and no reply!
I tried again later and nothing. I tried with an extra digit and it worked. Great, I've created my account, I can order...
I started the checkout, so far so good, they only deliver to Germany, France or Spain, I wanted Portugal!!! Since their support doesn't work, I arranged for a cousin to forward the order to me from Spain and started the checkout all over again.
Paypal payment method DOES NOT WORK, only bank card or google pay... I tried with a bank card... Then I clicked on finalise order and the damn button doesn't do anything, it doesn't place the order!!!!!!!
TERRIBLE USER EXPERIENCE, YOUR SITE IS HELL!

Absolutely horrible experience. I had my Beaba Babycook neo on my registry on Amazon France. We had thus bought it while I was pregnant and used it for the first time the day my baby turned 6 months old. I am sure this is the case for a lot of people who got it as their gift.
The glass of the blender broke by itself when we put the steamer on the very first time we used it. When I emailed customer service they told me the guarantee is only for 6 months after we bought it and they would not replace the glass or the entire machine. I could replace it at my own cost. Absolutely unacceptable response given that I got it before my baby was born and babies do not have solids before 6 months, so I could not have known it was defective.
What is worse is that the only other person I know who bought one also had the blade break the very first time they used it. Clearly it’s terrible quality and I have no idea why it is recommended on so many websites. Do not waste your money.
I was waiting several weeks fo my package! Even though my address was correct from beginning. The shop just provided it wrongly to the delivery company. The communication with the customer service was very poor and I had to wait for an answer several days every time.
Now I finally got my purchase and it is defective. Again no answer since last week. Not even to mention that I needed this product weeks ago to start cooking and introducing food to my baby. Now I keep cooking with other methods.

I was happy with our Babycook Smart until it stopped working after 8 months…made demand for replacement more than 2 weeks ago, after receiving an email asking for more information, the Customer Service department went completely silent. Do not know how to get the product fixed…

So disappointed with Beaba Babycook Neo product, especially that it comes with such a reputation, I don’t recommend buying it. Today was the 3rd time I’ve used it and during steaming the jar has broke. Also there it’s an issue with the lid which it’s closing only 95% and during blending it splashes food everywhere.
AVOID AVOID!!
They also said someone will contact me but never happened.
