Delivery misery

Ordered a tent. The delivery company tried to deliver it only once, then without offering any 2nd deliver slot or a self-pick up, they just sent the tent back to Black. I think it is unacceptable practice.

had a nightmare returning as item was to big, scan code wasn’t recognised had to wait 40 mins to get through to customer services and he cancelled the return and said to re do it but wouldnt let me so had to send it 1st class recorded delivery to warehouse costing 6.90 on top of the 2.99 i payed previous

Sent me the wrong size

Sent the wrong size. I had to go all the way to a store over an hour away from where I live to return it because Blacks have changed the order system which meant the order number I had on my email did not work when trying to amend the issue online. Overall terrible experience which cost me unnecessary travel expenses to have the item returned. Staff were helpful and understanding when returning at the aintree store. There wasn't any item in my size in stock in store so I had to receive a refund. I do not trust ordering from Blacks online anymore.

Don’t buy from them total scammers

Don’t buy from them total scammers. They send items out then tell you they’ve been delivered and have photos and we have nothing ruined my partners birthday. Was advised when I called the items would be delivered between 2-4 waited in all day, then called them to speak to a manager and of course the manager is unavailable. On hold for over an hour to customer service. Online and customer service is useless.
