I ordered two chairs in December, which were supposed to arrive within 9–12 days. They were meant to be a Christmas gift. When they didn’t arrive, I contacted customer service and was informed that delivery would be in early February. February came and went—still nothing. After reaching out again, I was told the new delivery date would be the end of March.
This is a complete disaster. There was no proactive communication and not even a small gesture of goodwill offered. I am very disappointed and unfortunately cannot recommend ordering from this company.
I have ordered from that website like 3weeks ago and my order is still processing however it shoud be send immediately. I have contact the customer servise and they promised to send it that day, but surprise..nothing happened. Really really dissapointed.

This website is a complete SCAM!!! I have returned some pretty expensive jeans and to this day absolute silence from them! I have emailed them, tried to call their fake number that doesn't exist. No reply besides an automated email. My refund has arrived in their facilities on 22nd of JANUARY o this day no refund, no reply, NOTHING. I am beyond pissed off and I have reported them as a scam to my bank. Hopefully I will get my money back from them. I hope this review helps someone out there. Do not buy from them.

I placed an order in October. I was eventually informed that it would ship in January. I wasn't too happy but I was willing to wait. I was then informed it would be sent on 5th February. No sign of it being sent so I asked what was going on and they said it will now be shipping on 10th March. That's 6 months since I placed the order and I'm not at all confident it will be shipped then so I would like to request a refund at this point and will never order from here again. I've never had an experience like this before, such a pity!

I am updating my review again because I have just received yet another delay notification (order no. 591644). My order from September is now postponed until March 2026.
After contacting Montana Furniture directly, I was informed that the delay is ByFlou’s responsibility, not Montana’s production. This makes the situation even more frustrating.
Months of apologies, no action and now shifting blame. This is unacceptable customer service and extremely poor order management. I regret ordering from ByFlou and cannot recommend them.

I ordered some items in October 2025 with it written that it would take about 4 weeks to ship, after a month they told me that they would ship in December. In December they sent me an email that another month would have passed, until they arrived a few days ago where they told me that they would ship the items in March. To date, that I have requested a refund of my order, they no longer answer me. Unreliable

9This is my 2nd review as the first got no response. I ordered on 11th September with an expected delivery of 5-7 weeks. Like many others, it got delayed several times. It was finally dispatched in December, but I heard nothing from the courier so after 3 weeks I chased, and was then told that actually it had just been sitting in their warehouse for the 3 weeks! Gave another couple of weeks, chased, and was then told it had been dispatched but then incorrectly returned to them!! At this stage they offered a refund of my shipping costs which I am yet to receive. I now have tracking info and can see it has been in transit since 9th jan with no movement. No replies to my emails to customer services. Seriously guys, what kind of company are you running here? It's not acceptable.
In response to your response: no, your colleague is not helping to find a quick and satisfactory solution. They have not been able to come up with a solution for the last 5 months!!! I would not call that quick. The last information I received was that there had been 'another mix up' with my delivery, what on earth does that mean?! I have literally never had an experience like this with any other company, it is beyond ridiculous and bordering on scam territory.

I returned a chair in the beginning of January, and ByFlou has still not refunded my purchase. According to the tracking information it was delivered to ByFlou on the 8th. of January, i.e. 2 weeks ago today. I have sent several emails, but they are not responding.

I ordered a bedside crib on 16 November, and I received email after email about my order being delayed - for months. Om 16 January, when my order was supposed to be shipped (according to the latest of many emails), I received another email saying it would be delayed until 4 February.
With my baby being expected to arrive soon, I was forced to cancel my order and look for alternative options last minute - which I really wanted to avoid, which is why I placed my original order on 16 November. This process has caused me so much stress from start to finish.
I asked for a compensation for the inconvenience caused, but Byflou said no. Terrible customer service.
I would avoid purchasing anything from this company. I am staying away from now on.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my most recent order with ByFlou.
I have placed several orders with your company in the past. Although delivery times are usually long, I always received regular updates, which I appreciated. For my latest order, however, I had to wait almost two months. This was not an issue for me, as the item was intended as a New Year’s gift.
Unfortunately, when I opened the box containing the ModuBar toy, I discovered that several parts were missing. This was very disappointing, especially given the long waiting time and the fact that it was meant as a gift.
I have already sent several emails regarding this issue but have not received any response so far. This lack of communication is concerning and not what I expected based on my previous experiences with your company.

Extremely disappointed: From 8 weeks to 19 weeks with no explanation.
I ordered five items (Montana Furniture) on Sept 23, 2025. After four delivery delays, my expected date has moved from November to February 2026.
What is most frustrating is the lack of transparency. I’ve had to contact them repeatedly for updates, only to be told there are no supply chain issues. If there are no issues, why is my order 11 weeks late? They offered a 10% discount as compensation, which is insulting considering the poor service and the amount of time I've spent chasing them down. Very unprofessional experience.
Note! I did contact Montana directly to see if they have experienced any logistic or supply chain issues - they confirmed that they have not and the delay is not due to Montana.

Total disappointment and unprofessional approach.
I placed my order more than a month in advance to make sure it would arrive before Christmas. Despite this, I received conflicting delivery emails — first stating the package would be delivered on December 15th, then on December 18th. The package did not arrive on either date.
When I contacted customer support, I received no response at all. No explanation, no communication, no effort to resolve the situation. After December 24th, I still had not received the package or any information about its status, which raised serious concerns about the company’s reliability.
The package eventually arrived, but only after the holidays, making it completely useless as a Christmas gift. Zero communication and complete disregard for the customer. I definitely do not recommend this company.

I have ordered twice from Byflou in recent months for delivery to Portugal, and I have been very happy with the service and products received. The first purchase was a set of garden furniture with a delivery timeline of around 6 weeks, the second was a small item of furniture that was in stock and shipped quickly. I was kept informed of estimated dispatch and delivery dates, and all items arrived safely and securely. I won't hesitate to purchase from Byflou again in the future.
We ordered a children’s bed in November with what appeared to be a reasonable delivery time. Just one week after the purchase, we received an email saying the bed was delayed and would arrive in mid-January instead.
After hearing nothing further from either the company or the delivery provider, we contacted them ourselves—only to be told that the bed was now delayed by “a couple of weeks” more. The representative I spoke with then abruptly closed the chat after cancelling our order.
Very disappointing experience and extremely poor communication throughout. This was our first and last purchase from this company, and we would not recommend them to anyone.
