I don't think Cocopanda make the payment process very transparent, nor do they send reminders if you have payments due. Other retailers have never had this issue, so I'll avoid using Cocopanda again.

Great support, but payments limited to Danish cards
I had some trouble paying with my non-Danish card. Cocopanda’s support was incredibly kind and tried their best to help — they replied quickly, were patient, and genuinely did everything they could from their side, even guiding me to Avarda for clarification. Avarda were also very quick and helpful in their response, but unfortunately confirmed that only Danish cards are accepted. Because of this, I couldn’t place my order at all, which was very disappointing, as I’ve never had this issue on other websites. I do hope international cards will be supported in the future, as I’d love the chance to shop here
