Awful customer service. Complained and got no where except 10% off my next order. Failed delivery attempts by their courier wasted my time and dunelm gave me incorrect delivery information. Won't be ordering again.

Order was not delivered on time
Order was not delivered on time. Neither the store nor the main office new the whereabouts of the order. No communication regarding the status of the order. Fitter turns up but the product was not delivered. Randomly one day the order is delivered. Fitter finds some of the blinds were not to size and had to trim them to fit hence some are not working properly. Fitter damaged one of the newly build kitchen cabinet doors for which I have to raise a refund query. Lot of hassle not worth the money.

Having ordered both my items on the Dunelm website, I picked them up from your Shoreham store both of which arrived sooner than I expected. The kind lady at the collection point came back within minutes with my items and took the trouble to address me by my name. I was very impressed with the whole process and I will definitely be visiting Dunelm again.

The money was taken out for my purchase. Then not long afterwards I was informed that the item was out of stock. A refund has been given, but wouldn't it be better to check whether something is in stock before I paid for it.
Poor customer experience, order delivered to wrong house
My recent order has been delivered to the wrong house. I tried to arrange a replacement over live chat and was advised I need to wait up to 72 hours for an investigation. The proof of delivery photo clearly evidences that the parcel has not been delivered to my property. I have already waited for delivery and now have to wait at least another 72 hours before a replacement will be sent out. This is a really poor customer experience. Additionally I was advised over chat this would be escalated to another department but I’ve not had any confirmation or updates, so I am unaware if this has happened. I have paid for an order haven’t received and feel a replacement should be issued urgently. Additionally, you have no email address or support options for orders not received on your website.

The curtain rings you sent me for the oval bath curtain rail couldn’t be fitted to the curtain because the hook is far too small for the standard curtain and I can’t return them to China because you haven’t provided an address

I had to send back the armchair I ordered it was very poorly made, it arrived with legs missing and had staples showing down the side of the chair.I sent it back the next day and notified Dunelm straightaway. So far I haven't heard anything from Dunelm about a refund.

Twice now I've ordered a few things & when I go to checkout it's half available for delivery & half available for click& collect! & You can't change the delivery items to C&C & vice versa so end up cancelling the C&C items as I'm not near a store. Also the 1st time I didn't even realise until I'd paid as it's not obvious si had to request a refund
