Worst experience with DPD delivery
Worst experience with DPD delivery. I paid most expensive international express delivery fee and import duty £47 which cost me more than £300. Sent instructions to the DPD driver to make sure asking, ring the doorbell and leave inside porch. We waited all day but no delivery. Parcel was left on the street far from house. Gas company man was kindly notified us at late afternoon . Expensive gift almost lost. Do you care G HEAT how your marchandise are handling to your customers ? How do you manage that you are expecting gift to be delivered but abandoned on the somewhere on street. Not acceptable. It’s not pleasant experience for my second heated gloves which is not available in the UK.

Une fois le colis confié au transporteur, la gestion de la livraison dépend malheureusement de ce dernier. Le fait qu’un colis soit déposé sur la voie publique ne correspond en aucun cas aux standards attendus et n’est pas acceptable.
Votre retour a bien été pris en compte et transmis au transporteur concerné afin d’éviter que ce type de situation ne se reproduise.
Nous regrettons sincèrement le stress occasionné, d’autant plus que votre commande était destinée à être offerte.

Friendly and fast customer support
I've bought a pair of heated bicycle gloves for my brother as a christmas present.
Sadly, I ordered the wrong size, so I had to sent my first package back.
Luckily, I thought, I was able to start the return on Dec 9th, so there would be enough time for transport back to G-Heat and a new package send to me.
But DHL kind of killed my hope then, when they "stored" the package for multiple days on the border.
So on Dec 18th, I asked the customer support if they would be willing to send a new pair while my return was still on its way. And they said yes!
Thanks again for that, as it saved my christmas evening.

Delivery finally arrived and the product looks good. The delivery was delayed and I needed to chase customer service, I would still shop here again but I would change my expectations of how long the delivery would take.

Customs duty is additional to the price charged
The website does not mention import duty and charges which amounted to £58.00 on top of the £180.00 cost for the heated gloves. The pricing was in sterling so no suggestion that they were being shipped from France and would need to clear customs.
Delivery was severely delayed because of this and the tardy operation on the other side of the channel.

Bad quality and bad customer service
I don't recommend buying from this brand. The gloves are not heating, there are super uncomfortable with the battery on top of your wrist, and it's heavy so you couldn't wear them very long anyway. Plus, you only get 14 days to return your article to get a refund, EVEN during the Christmas Holidays. What a scam.
