The support team was not able to help. The dress has a defect, which I documented with both video and photos, but they refused to accept a return. I would not recommend this seller.

Have contacted trading standards. Bought a pair of heated socks for over £50 which have a tick next to ‘battery’ and detail more information about a battery in the narrative. Socks arrived with no battery. Customer service then directed me to a tiny part of the advert which says battery not included. Shifty.

Products not as described. Initiated return under Consumer Rights Act. If no response I will do a chargeback. Avoid at all costs.

We ordered something via express. Arrived 10 days later (obviously way too late so our holiday in finnland was already over) we wanted to send it back but you have to contact the support first to get the adress.

They have never replied.. we sent 10 E-Mails, contacted in the chat... it's a scam company!

Website falsely advertises that sock battery life is 10h but then does not include a battery and says that battery is not included.

Scam. Website convincing but misleading to say the least. Says it’s a German brand and then realised when I wasn’t emailed or anything that it could be based further afield. Then tried to cancel order. Though had many upsell emails and direct emails for extra products they wouldn’t cancel and shipped anyway. Then it took 2 weeks to arrive. Product Mis advertised and ended up paying £120 for 3 pairs of very basic socks that didn’t come with a battery so wouldn’t work. Don’t buy from here the website is a fake front.

Ordered socks that were listed to have batteries and different settings. The socks came with no batteries.

I had great trouble and the payment got me paying TWICE. After I ordered the heated slippers I emailed them to cancel one of the orders but heard nothing. I just received notification this morning that I had to buy a separate charger for the slippers which they had not mentioned at a cost of £27!!!!!!!!!

The site kept changing to the German one. I am worried this is a scam and have ended up paying for two pairs of heated slippers and a charger too. The advert was VERY confusing!!!!!!

No communication or tracking for days, missing items, broken/flimsy packaging. When requested a full refund you are expected to return to Hong Kong at your expense! NOT a German company, just a German distribution centre. Thoroughly disgusted as were Christmas gifts for neurodivergent teenagers. Had to buy the missing parts on Amazon to guarantee pre Christmas arrival and they wouldnt even cover that cost. Paid via paypal and that doesnt even cover you! AVOID AVOID AVOID these people are scrimshankers and this is nothing short of a scam with inferior products.

This was the first time I ordered from a new website without checking trustpilot and I deeply regret it! As the others have said, this item comes from Hong Kong/China and took three weeks to get delivered. I stupidly assumed that as the oversized hoody was more expensive than other companies it would be better, but but it turned up with holes in the seams and is really shoddy quality. I am now trying to return it and they are not answering my email. I will never order from this website again and I will never use a new website without checking trustpilot!

They are awful! We reached out in the allotted time for a return and they want to barter with me. I just want our whole refund! Not 20 or 30%. The best we ordered was literally 3 sizes too small for the person we were gifting it to. What an embarrassment!

Ordered some heated gloves advertised as "on/off switch, leather finger pads" and a heated hoodie advertised as "cotton with wool lining" and multiple heated zones in the hoodie. Professional looking website with photos showing good quality products. Then once I ordered I got emails showing shipping from China, which made me nervous. When the items arrived they were clearly NOT what was advertised on their website. Cheap polyester hoodies with 1 cheap heating pad stuck in the pocket with velcro. The gloves were the same - cheap unbranded tat that I've seen elsewhere on the internet for less than 20% of what this company are charging. I've disputed the transaction with PayPal.

Do not order from this company if you believe there is any chance you may need to exchange or return the product, although their website clearly states ‘easy returns’ they refuse to do size exchanges and haggle with you about returns (return postage would be your responsibility and I assume it has to be shipped back to the origin location of Taiwan which would be quite expensive) they blame you for the apparel not fitting based on their measurements and offer a 20% discount. I argued with them for over a week and eventually took the partial discount just to be done with them, wish I had checked their reviews before I ordered as they are consistently rated poorly

Please do not buy from this company it's all cheap import from China , I ended up paying nearly £100 for a pair of heated socks as batteries never came with them so you end up buying them separately.

It all takes 2 - 3 weeks to come so by then you're 14 day cancellation rights are up .

To top it off the same socks are on Internet for £25 with batteries.

I was under pressure as it was christmas presents and id left it late but Expensive lesson for me ..

After weeks of waiting for heated slippers they came but you have to leave them plugged in to get warm if you unplug so you can walk they go cold really fast. No on or off button. They said easy return but no they ghost you when you want to return. They buy cheap stuff from china

Heated vest is a lifesaver for working outside. Instant heat and the battery lasts for my entire shift on the medium setting. FANTASTIC product, seriously.
