I waited only a short time before Kayleigh answered and was very helpful in confirming our broadband plus home phone options and suitable ongoing monthly price package. This is what I like about Gigaclear - really good customer support and keen to retain customer loyalty.
My contract was due to come to an end and I did manage to get a slight discount. Kaitlyn was very efficient and clear at explaining my options and dealt with my requests very professionally. I was considering looking for a new provider but after talking to Kaitlyn I decided to renew my contract.
Following my end of contract email notification I called Gigaclear and was helped by Georgia who managed to lower the renewal price for me and talk me through various options available.
She was very knowledgeable and polite and I’m happy to say I’ve signed up for another 18 months! 🙂
Installation was a bit problematic but engineers coped.
Over our first 18 months we have enjoyed excellent connectivity and reliable customer service from Gigaclear. We have recommended to three other families in our village and no-one has been let down.
Now re-signed for another 18 months.

I dropped off of contract to a rolling rate for my service and the cost shot up. I raised a ticket and new recruit Lucy did a sterling job getting my costs back on track. 5* for her call handling.
Overall 4* only because I had to raise a ticket to get the situation resolved.
