Avoid if you're in South Africa - Accuse customers of fraud over $4
Absolute joke of a company. Had a dead Blu voucher and instead of fixing it, support (Luis) accused me of 'fraud' because of a family referral. Sat in chat for over an hour only to be told to 'come back in an hour.' They will take your cash and then hide behind 'internal investigations' to avoid honoring small vouchers. Use a local SA banking app or 1Voucher instead. Stay away.

STAY AWAY FROM HABLAX
Payment was taken, but the gift card was never delivered. Support claims they paid the supplier but I never received the product, and despite not having access to it, they refuse to issue a refund. Communication is frustrating and the issue remains unresolved. I would not recommend based on this experience.

SCAM - Missing PIN for Starbucks Card and Zero Customer Support
I purchased a Starbucks gift card for use in Mexico. The customer service sent me a screenshot containing the Code via email, but it did NOT include a PIN. Without the PIN, the card is completely useless. I have sent multiple follow-up emails, but they haven't replied to a single one. Their online chat support is also completely unresponsive. Extremely disappointed—do not buy from here!

I wanna rate the hablax 5 stars since first they are trusted, you can buy without thinking 2 times,it's my first time buying from them, I bought from them minecraft java and bedrock gift cards 2 times, first time I recieve it after 3mins, the second time it is delayed bit because of the supplier, but they work as much as they can to speed the process then I recieve my gift card in less then 24h, what I can say is that they have very helpful customer service and the website is trusted even if a problem happened so don't worry guys you can trust them

I had trouble recharging my claro mobile plan in Chile as the operator official website was not accepting foreign cards. Then out of the third party recharge options, Hablax had the lowest cost for the same value that other apps were providing.
Second, the customer service team immediately responded to my issue that I had with recharge. Getting such a perfect response even for a very small transactional value was quite impressive.

They charged and lied about refunding my money. I’ve sent them the proof that the payment has been reflected on my card and there is no refund but they’re not answering. This is just a scam.
