Avoid if you're in South Africa - Accuse customers of fraud over $4
Absolute joke of a company. Had a dead Blu voucher and instead of fixing it, support (Luis) accused me of 'fraud' because of a family referral. Sat in chat for over an hour only to be told to 'come back in an hour.' They will take your cash and then hide behind 'internal investigations' to avoid honoring small vouchers. Use a local SA banking app or 1Voucher instead. Stay away.
