Iris is really helpful and resolved my issues very quickly
Second time dealing with this company. The beautiful looking clock they have on their website could not be further than the reality of what has arrived:
-Cheap everything. Think 80s market stall
-what looks like an intricate design on the web site is actually just a flat image very poorly printed printed on some board that isn’t even cut properly
-colour isn’t even right
To top it off, another 45 mins wasted chatting with customer services where the primary goal is total you.

If is was possible 0 stars there product looks nothing like what they’re advertising for one secondly They wanted me to pay for the return. They emailed me like a month after I bought the bed and said it’s going be 2 months late because they had to make adjustments or I would have to a 9inch mattress I went and bought the 9inch mattress this is after I had a 14inch mattress this is a scamming company avoid at all cost I ended up wasting 1200 on a weak poorly made bed and $600 on a mattress. SCAMMING COMPANY!!!!!!!. THEY ALSO ASK ME TO REMOVE MY REVIEW FROM TRUST PILOT

Ordered the wrong item, and wanted to cancel and reorder.
Contacted customer support, but they don't have permission to cancel it. The request got escalated to after-sales.
Long story short, instead of cancelling, they'd reply within 48 hours and suggest other items. It's been a week of me trying to cancel my order unsuccessfully so far.
NEVER AGAIN ORDERING FROM THEM!
Your customer service rep, Montie was great at getting my refund on a product that was taking over 7 months to receive. He was prompt, helpful, and gracious.

This is the first time I ordered from Homary . I received a damaged patio table and support frame. The patio chairs were fine. I was able to call Homary the day I received the table and give details about the damaged product. I then received an email so I could send pictures and explain the situations. This all went well but then waited 5-6 days to get a resolution. I then called again and it was then that Kevin called me and also emailed to say they were going to replace the full product and send out a new table and support. I have not received the new table yet, but it does say it is shipped and hope it looks better than the bent table and damaged support legs I first got. I hope I am happy with this new table, but Kevin was very helpful and appreciated his help. Will see if I order from Homary again. Thanks

Bought a smart toilet from Homary
Arrived fitted found it was faulty. The blower didn't work. After a few messages and a pretense to start the refund process homary asked if it was installed. Obviously how else could I see if it worked. Oh apparently that's against there return policy! So refused to refund me and offer a voucher off my next order. I am pretty sure that is against the law and so are taking g them to small claims court. Will add to this review with outcome. UPDATE have been offer a refund and no requirement to return smart bidet..
We shall see if they are as good as their word...
