Don't comply with Sale of Goods Act.

Bought a smart toilet from Homary
Arrived fitted found it was faulty. The blower didn't work. After a few messages and a pretense to start the refund process homary asked if it was installed. Obviously how else could I see if it worked. Oh apparently that's against there return policy! So refused to refund me and offer a voucher off my next order. I am pretty sure that is against the law and so are taking g them to small claims court. Will add to this review with outcome. UPDATE have been offer a refund and no requirement to return smart bidet..
We shall see if they are as good as their word...
