Service, what Service?
Worked fine for about 18 months, then won't dock. I have tried all of the emails none do I even get an automated reply. No service phone number. Tried several local repairers and all say they won't even look at it as they can't get tech information or spares.

Disgusting service and after care. I am now going to dispute with ADR and then escalate to court proceedings.
Companies should not be allowed to act in this irresponsible and unaccountable manner.
A modern and impressive machine
A modern and impressive machine. We’re really impressed with the X7 vacuum cleaner—both its sleek design and its performance. It’s actually a big step up from the Dyson V10 we used before.The light on the floor brush is a great touch, making dust and small bits of dirt much easier to see while cleaning.

Received the vacuum cleaner a month ago, and I feel the product works quite well.
Customer service was fantastic
Customer service was fantastic. They replied back to me right a way. It was a mistake on "my" part about the delivery.
As far as the vacuum, it's brilliant. After having the "other brand" and struggling with the battery going dead before I could finish my 2700 square ft home, the Honiture did my whole home and still had 38% battery left. Also, the attachments were handy in vacuuming up the dog hair off our sitting chairs. Very pleased with the power, price attachments. Highly recommend this vacuum.

Low life criminals
This Chinese company is run by criminals, they only sell poor quality items, trying to get a refund is impossible. I was going to buy a vacuum but changed my mind. I told them to cancel order only to get asked why. . they then shipped item and lied saying it was a mistake in the warehouse that led to item being sent. They tell me to refuse delivery of vacuum and when it's returned I will get my refund. ( Another lie ) They correspond with you for a little while and then no response. I don't have a vacuum and I don't have a refund. They are just criminals and thieves. Company should be closed and the people associated with it jailed for robbery. Bunch of lowlife hiding behind this terrible company.
After ordering the X7 vacuum
After ordering the X7 vacuum, I discovered that the P7 Pro was available also. I emailed Honiture to see if they would upgrade my order to the P7 Pro before they sent out my order, and they promptly responded & said they could. I’m very excited to receive the P7 Pro vacuum. Also, I appreciate the Great Customer Service.

First of all, this is my second purchase of this cordless vacuum. I like mine so well that I'm buying this one for my Granddaughter who is buying her first house.
When I didn't quite get my order accomplished correctly not ordering the accessory I intended and concern of whether I received the extra savings, I reached out to the company. They responded promptly and assured me that I had received the extra savings along with providing me with a free gift.

HONITURE - REFUSES TO SEND THE CORRECT PRODUCT ORDERED OR RETURN MY FUNDS FOR THE WRONG PRODUCT THEY SENT. THIS HAS BEEN ONGOING SINCE DEC.17/2025 its NOW JAN.22/2026. I SENT OVER 20 EMAILS MY FORST EMAIL WAS RESPONDED TO AND SAID REST ASSURED WE WILL FIX THE SITUATION. STILL NOTHING AND NOT RESPONSE. DONT ORDER CHINESE PRODUCTS AS THEY DO NOT AIM TO PLEASE THE CUSTOMERS!
Rubbish vacuum cleaner
Bought cordless vacuum cleaner late December 2024. Stopped working after 2 sessions .Tried to get in touch and after months of numerous e mails they sent new battery, which worked for a bit then wouldn't charge. After months of trying to get in touch they finally answered and sent me new vacuum which worked on two occasions but then wouldn't charge. I have sent numerous e mails but they haven't responded. Had no use out of this vacuum which wasn't cheap and there is no phone no to contact. Absolutely disgusting.

I am delighted of the vacuum cleaner. Light and very powerful at the same time. Plus an assistance team ready to advice me when I have any question or problem. I am recommending to my friends and family.
Worst service
Decided to replace my battery from the actual supplier I stead of finding an aftermarket replacement.. Big mistake! I have never had such horrible service from a business.
The order was replaced December 4th to the 24th, tracking showed only that it was waiting arrangements, I requested a refund but was denied with the reasoning that it was already shipped, I waited another week, still not shipped. I requested an update and refund, was told they're "keeping a close eye on it." but cannot refund. waited another week, January 6th and still no update and they've stopped responding. For the price of their replacement batteries, just by a whole new unit.. From a different brand!
Save your money
My husband bought me a cordless vacuum as a gift. Unfortunately, this is the one he chose. When the package arrived I opened the plastic shipping bag, but not the box containing the vacuum. I went online and investigated it and decided I did not want it. He immediately tried to start a return and the whole scam of bombarding him with questions began. What’s wrong with vacuum? Was the package opened? Will you send us a picture? When he sent photos they claimed that the package had been opened, but only the shipping bag was opened. Will you accept $30? How about $50 They finally won. They wore him down and he agreed to $50. That was a month ago and he will not see that money. They are scam experts. Do not waste your time and money.
