I had a really good flight

I had a really good flight. Flight attendant were really nice. It was a nice smooth flight. No hassle comfortable seats great price. I can’t complain of course I’ll use them again. I’ve used them quite a few times and I like the way they do their pricing no, it extras.

The flight team were great and really helpful, allowing my very tall friend to switch seats to the extra leg room seats, after I had forgot to book him one.
The flight also left late but made up time and arrived on time

Had a good experience with jet2

Due to Leeds Bradford Airport under renovation I felt I was back and forth trying to find out where I needed to go.
Flight on time really good flight.
My only problem was Geneva passport control queues very long only 3 people on even though people kept saying they were going to miss there flights they didn't care.
Due to that my flight was delayed waiting for people to get on board, this was not jet2 fault.

Very disappointed with Jet 2

Very disappointed with Jet 2, we wanted to change our flights by a day which were cheaper on the app than the ones we paid for but they wanted to charge an additional £600.
Cannot believe that they would try this and blankly refuse to compromise. I would have paid the admin fee and accepted the hit on the more expensive flights already booked.
Typical small print T&Cs, no refund option either

Another good flight.

The flight was only a few minutes late in taking off, no problem, the cabin crew were as usual quietly efficient and very helpful, no problems at all during the flight and a safe landing, unfortunately the weather back in Leeds was nasty, very cold and sleeting, oh well back in the UK>

Still a first class airline

Oue experience flying with Jet 2 met all our expectations from check in on departure to our return twoo weeks later. The flights were relatively on time and very pleasant with exceptionally efficient staff.
