WARNING - DO NOT USE

I needed to make a simple room change on a booking , bare in mind were changing to a cheaper room .

contacted them via the website , 6 days went past without a reply so i had to spend an hour on a live chat to try and get sorted.

last minute want £150 to make the change to a cheaper room - no logic behind this.

They are never there to help if you have a problem , can only speak on the phone if you want to speak to an Indian sales call centre that cant help with bookings.

I've had this multiple times from lastminute .com and again no help from last minute , ridiculous fees , wont be using again !!!

Overall

Overall, we were quite satisfied with the services provided by Lastminute. The booking process and arrangements were smooth, and everything worked as planned. However, flight schedule coordination could be improved.

On our return journey from Mombasa to London, we had a stopover in Nairobi with around two hours between flights. This turned out to be very stressful, as we had to walk from the domestic terminal to the international terminal and go through multiple long queues and security checks — in the domestic terminal, at the international terminal entrance, during security screening, and again before boarding. Although the distance between terminals is not far, the queues were extremely long and time-consuming.

Additionally, in Mombasa we waited around four hours for the flight to Nairobi. It would have been much better to have an earlier connecting flight, allowing more time in Nairobi and a more relaxed transfer instead of rushing and worrying about missing the international flight.

Overall, the service was good, but better coordination of flight schedules would significantly improve the experience.

The holiday as a whole was great just final price and paying for it

The holiday as a whole was great. From hotel , flights and transfers were smooth. The booking of the holiday however. My kuds all got me an emailed gift code to use. I went online to browse went to book and the code wouldn't work. So I found out you had to book it through the link in email that I had gifted me that's when I found out the holiday was £180 each more than originally priced, so inflated pricing when using gift code and to top it off you can only use one code per booking, I had four codes £200 each but could only use one ,

No help from Them

I booked a flight through Lastminute.com. One and a half weeks before departure, my flight was cancelled. I had originally booked a flight with a total travel time of 14 hours, as I am traveling with my 3-month-old baby. They are offering me an alternative journey of 30 hours plus an extra layover. I checked the airline’s website myself and found alternative flights with travel times of either 14 hours or 18 hours. I contacted Lastminute.com up to 15 times, and each time they dismissed me. After persistently trying to get clarification for 5 days, I received an email saying that they cannot offer me any other flights than the 30-hour one. I am so sad and frustrated, as I am traveling for the first time with my little baby.
