I lost my money. They haven't sent my order, and customer service do not reply my emails. BE CAREFUL

I made the mistake of also trusting that they were a legitimate company. I purchased an item; the item was 'cancelled' but the amount they charged certainly was not. I am awaiting response from customer service. Regardless, I am extremely disappointed with this company. Like other reviewers, it is a shame that they are not held accountable.

DO NOT USE TRUST THIS COMPANY. They do not hold their sellers responsible for canceling your order and then reposting the item for $100’s of dollars more. They did not do there do diligence when these situations arise. They just send you out a automated email stating that they are sorry. But what exactly are they sorry for? They do nothing to help or hold there sellers accountable for fulfilling there commitments to the customers. BUYER BEWARE

Was charged 3 separate times for the 1 item that I purchased. Still waiting for a refund and to for the item I ordered to be delivered. Very disturbing.

I purchased headphones and returned them unopened. The refund was never processed— and Massgenie sent me an email saying they can’t help me with a refund. That’s nearly $300 down the drain. Bad bad bad.

I purchased 4 deals about a year and a half ago. I obviously have them still as i only needed one code per year. My son has come of age and wanted his own PS Plus membership.
I marine my surprise, when NONE OF THE CODES I PURCHASED WORKED! Imagine my bigger surprise, when the message says they have already been used.
I am in the process of either having them give me new codes, or I will be getting legal representation.
Where I come from that is called fraud.

I ordered 2 aloe vera bamboo memory foam pillows from this site. I had recently bought one elsewhere and loved it. The photo and description. On the sellers website were exactly as the one i had bought elsewhere. What i received was a similar but lower quality product. The seller did a bait and switch. I contacted mass genie for a refund and return label i sent the photos of what i received. They sent back that they referred my email to the seller and were waiting for a reply. I had not heard anything in 2 days so on the 3rd day i sent another email asking about my refund. It has been 5 days and i have sent 4 emails. Their policy states they would issue a refund within 3 days if the buyer is not satisfied. I made it plain i am not satisfied and asked about their refund policy. Still no reply.going into Memorial day weekend so another 3 or 4 days before i can follow up again. I would love a phone number to call these people. Could someone please post the number? I would not recommend this site. It's clear they dont vet t heir sellers. Update 5-27-20 i received a reply from Mass Genie after Memorial day weekend saying they were issuing a refund to my account. I did receive a refund. I still believe Mass Genie needs to vet their vendors better.

On April 16th I placed an order with MassGenie for a product sold by Mainstay as well as 2 year product repair policy with CPS. I received an email confirmation minutes after placing my order and $230 was withdrawn from my debit card. After patiently waiting 9 days for my order to be shipped, I emailed MassGenie to find out my order was cancelled without notice. A customer service rep stated the seller could not fulfill the order which resulted in a cancellation. It should be noted that upon placing the order the seller was showing 5 items available in inventory. I would not trust either MassGenie or Mainstay in fulfilling your order. Nine days later I’m now looking to repurchase the item from another vendor and seeing very few options available.

I do enjoy MassGenie, however there are similar apps that I like better...
A little confusing purchase process but great deals
I order a bottle of Dior's Black Opium but it turned out to be a counterfeit. The overall poor quality of the bottle and the fact the juice is clear instead of pinky/orange were my two big clues. When I went to sites showing the differences between real and fake, mine failed every single test. The nib on the sprayer is black and supposed to be white. The black sparkle part of the bottle is dull gray black and the paint is messy around the sprayer. The lettering on the neck of the bottle is too bright a pink and not the softer silvery pink of the authentic bottle. The box itself was cheap and came in a sleeve that is unique from the authentic packaging. When I left a bad review the site immediately took it down. I have posted it many times since and it often stays up no more than a few minutes although I am a confirmed reviewer. When I asked to get a refund I met with silence, red tape and right now I have been on hold for over an hour. They should have just sent me a prepaid mailer and given me a refund. Getting a refund seems to be more complicated than it should be.
***** I added 2 more points because I did just get a refund from Massgenie because the seller evidentially refused. As grateful as I am, I can do much better than "average" with 3 starts because good or great would mean I got the perfume and I loved it. I felt compelled to pay full price at Ulta to contrast with the fake to prove my case and I could have gotten a better deal shopping around but I didn't want the second bottle coming from a discount house. MassGenie's Customer Service Manager, Jeffrey Quimson called me personally today to inform me of the refund and I asked him if he wanted the photos of the authentic bottle next to the fake and he did so I sent them to him. Quimson also reassured me that the listing had been removed per another complaint. Also I noticed that my reviews started to stick the day after I complained about them being taken down. It took a minute but at last MassGenie worked hard to make this right in everyday possible.
Not enough info when you first try out massgenie and pushed button to order items for power genie.

I Placed 2 orders with this company. The order confirmation states that a shipping confirmation will be sent out within 2 business days. 4 business days later and yet I am the one that had to call. Their explanation was that I had written the contact email incorrectly. Really? then why did I get email confirmations in the first place. Moving forward, the orders were cancelled because the supplier did not front the posted price in MassGenie.com (im okay with that) though this is not the way to conduct business. However, why was I the one that had to call to find out. Not even an email sent. I'm still waiting on my refund which according to them will take 5 business days. If the refund is as complicated as they are..OH MY.. I'm in for a ride. BUYERS BEWARE OF PRODUCT PRICING IN THIS WEBSITE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. TRUST ME, ULL REGRET IT.
