Brilliant Customer Service
This is the second car I've had with Octopus, I picked an in stock car and because of unforeseen circumstances I wanted the car quickly. I have to say both Octopus and Mercedes Benz in Glasgow got all of the paperwork done quickly and were extremely helpful at all stages. So far my experiences with Octopus EV (over the last 3 years too) have been nothing but positive, and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

Oh where do I begin
Oh where do I begin.
Thought I was over having to engage with Octopus. Car arrived , charger finally installed after a near 6 month delay, over that hurdle.
Then the car develops an issue. It’s a new car its under warranty. A quick fix surely. Octopus website directors you to fill out a form - web form wont submit hitting the button doesn't work. See there’s a phone number - call that thinking I’ll explain the issue and they’ll book it in with the manufacturer. No they will email me back.
Asked to have it looked at while I wait. They responded days later with an email saying thats not an option they can provide and that I would have to drop it off. I said tell me where and I can confirm - a week later they confirm an appointment for 9 days in the future 20miles away.
Now email asking if I’m getting a replacement vehicle during that time. I mean if I’d just bought the car myself I would have been able to just take it to my local dealer

A quick, friendly, helpful experience ordering new EV
The communication was great throughout the whole process from ordering to delivery. Delivery was a little over a month from ordering.
I had an issue uploading one document but they chased up and I was able to upload second time around.
Service was helpful and friendly.
The delivery guy sat with me, explained how the car worked and it's features. Also went through the charging process, I was grateful for his patience. Overall a very positive experience.
Seamless, Fully Automated Experience
I've just taken delivery of my OMODA E5 on a personal lease and I can't praise Octopus EV enough! From application to delivery, it was all automated and very easy to navigate. It did take a lot longer to be delivered, but I think that was down to the dealership rather than Octopus EV. A big shoutout for Rocky (Customer Operations Specialist) for providing first-class customer service! She would always respond to my emails quickly and her honesty was appreciated!
