The same big joy
Always a pleasure!!! More than 10 years ago me and my family visited Haarlem. Once there I bought an beautiful whatch even thought I had never heard the manufacturer before. If was a surprise when people in Italy asked me about it, wondering where I had found it, asking me how to get one. Last year my wife gifted me a new one and today after another trip to Holland, to Haarlem, I tried to find the store but without success. Once back home I immediately visited OOZOO website for gifting me a new one, just received. The same big joy, thank you everybody

Oozoo stand by their watches
I accidentally broke the crystal in my oozoo watch and oozoo posted me a new crystal. They could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend oozoo watches.

never buy oozoo
i was offered an oozoo smartwatch. on the first time, everything s good. after six months, i was had to use the app they wants me to use, no way to personalize it. when i had a look if i could use another app than Gloryfit, no way. they enforce to use it. When i called the customer service, they answered (...lied to ?) me that it comes from my phone. after to see that i was not agreed with, they answered me that, as i bought my watch on a partner shop, they can do nothing for me.
When the shop asked them for a refund, they sent a new one (...to avoid to tell that they oblige their customer to use Gloryfit ?)

I was brought an oozoo watch as a gift from my partner as a birthday gift last year. It was a great looking watch with all the makings of a fine time piece. I wore it for about 20 days before I noticed that one of the face dial markers had vanished. When shaking the watch I found the little bit inside the watch....I returnered the watch while under guarantee and swapped for another oozoo but different model. Again the same thing happened but also the flimsy hands came loose too this time. While not an expensive product I didn't expect such cheapness from a £90 watch....I have had better £10 swatch watches from the 90's that still work now no problems....spend your money elsewhere......
