I am on my 4th pcb with pcbgogo.com. Excellent product, prompt service and high quality of the actual boards. What floored me was their customer service! Prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. I had made a couple of mistakes with the gerber files and they guided me to a succesfull conclusion! Next I will have them assemble some of the tiny pieces as well!

We placed a PCB order in November, which was delivered without any issues. In December, we placed the same order with some modifications. To speed up the process, we also purchased and sent the necessary components ourselves.

After numerous delays and a great deal of back-and-forth communication, we eventually received the PCBs. However, there were serious discrepancies: components appeared on the boards that were not in the BOM, some of the components we provided were not soldered, and incorrect parts had been soldered in the wrong locations.

We spent eight days identifying and reworking the faults just to get a few units ready for a scheduled compliance test with our client. Prior to delivery, Steve from PCBGoGo admitted that they had mistakenly manufactured the previous version of the design and also mentioned a maintenance issue with their machine. Despite this, they refused to offer any compensation. When our client contacted them, they falsely claimed the problems were due to the components we provided.

As a result, we suffered a loss of approximately £6,000, including the cost of the PCBs, wasted components, and labour. Despite raising our concerns, they declined even a partial refund. Their conduct was entirely dishonest and unprofessional.

PCBGOGO is now over 6 months late in delivering our boards. They have delivered some in batches, but we are still waiting for them to deliver boards that were promised in November and December of last year. That was SIX months ago!
Communication is horrible. My account manager does not tell me exactly what is happening, makes promises about dates that she does not meet, and refuses to escalate or let me speak to anyone else at the company.
The failure rate of boards on this order has been much higher than the one we did over a year ago with them (when they were still attentive and good to work with).
I've had customers return product because the new boards are bad, and I've also had boards that work for a little while but die later.
We're spending a lot of time making sure our customers get replacements and now have switched to another assembly partner that is more professional.
They are supposed to have an ISO Quality guarantee, and guarantee on-time shipping, yet they will not engage with me when I bring it up.
Something has happened to this company, and you should think very hard about doing business with them.

PCBgogo is an excellent low cost PCB service! The complaints I saw were mostly due to slow shipping speed from China but they have corrected this with using DHL. From design start and receiving my well crafted boards in the USA took only a week! I had a number of problems starting out (all my fault) but PCBgogo Mandy was terrific and fast in helping me, even responding during after work hours there! In 2 days I had my PCB design submitted, 2 more days it was fabricated, and in 3 more days DHL delivered it! They have lots of online aids. They are working hard to get your business. Try them!

PCBGoGo provides good quality at low cost. What really striking out is its personal attention to the entire process, from ordering to delivery. It has responded to our comments very well every time.
We are very happy with what we have received, the products and the service.

PCBGOGO is our manufacturing partner since 2020. We always have good communication for quotation, project preparation and production updates. If some technical issue arises during production, they are very fast to communicate and resolve.
So far we never had issues in shipped hardware, it is always working as expected.
For pricing, it is hard to tell if they are better than competitors due to unstable market. Anyway, we always have good communication during quotation and price discussion. We also appreciate the discounts that appears on the website sometimes.
In general, we are satisfied in working with PCBGOGO.

I order over 100 PCB + SMT with different designs. The quality of PCBs are great and the price is reasonable. Among all PCBs there was no defected one. They always help me to find alternative part that can't be found. They test finial APCB and if there are some damaged part or problem they remake it quickly. I am so glad to work with PCBGOGO.

I was looking to reduce cost on a new complex design (differentials pairs, gold fingers, pitch small as 0.3mm, lots of edge connectors, 105x265mm PCB dimensions). I tried multiple kind and size of manufacturer and was never fully satisfied due to sometimes, quality over long period, customer support, special requests, price or lead times.
I don't have much experience with PCBGOGO over the long run (meaning more than 2 years) but for the moment I'm really satisfied by the 3 different PCBs I produced by them.
I find their contact and customer support is really good, fast response time, very compliant with specific requests and also technically they are experts.
I read some of the bad reviews but based on my own experience I will firstly incriminate the source design. I've seen most of the time even by experienced engineer that they tend to put the blame on the PCB and assembly manufacturer. Most of the time they didn't adjust or comply with the manufacturer possibilities.
I would clearly recommend PCBGOGO for a fast, cheap and professional PCB assembly.
