HORRIBLE. He hecho varios pedido profesionales y no hay respuesta por parte de PremiumXL. Tengo un radiador defectuoso que jamas contestaron y pierde agua y otro que me llego porque me confundi en el pedido, me di cuenta al seg de pagar y la web no tiene modo de anular ni cancelar pedidos. Y les escribes por correo y jamas contestan
Horrible. I've placed several professional orders and PremiumXL hasn't responded at all. I have a defective radiator that they never addressed and it's leaking water, and another one that arrived because I made a mistake in the order; I realized it a second after paying, and the website has no way to cancel or cancel orders. And when you email them, they never reply.

Shipped without Assembly Instructions
The Product looks good but the fitting, especially of the back panel isn't that much precise. There is still a small gap. However after assembly the major problem is of the sliding of the cabinet doors. It took a lot of effort to run them in for smooth operation and the edges have been chipped a little bit because of this.

The package was not labeled correctly…
The package was not labeled correctly with my full address, the package could not be delivered. Customer service doesn't respond to emails, after a phone call (the agent did not speak English and tbh was far from being helpful). I was informed that they answered my email but none was received.
Poor customer service.

We ordered a white and pink house bed for our daughter, and while the design is adorable and just what we were looking for, we were quite disappointed with the condition of the product upon arrival.
Several of the wooden slats were noticeably scuffed, dented, or had chipped paint. For a new item, especially one meant for a child, we expected a higher standard of finish and care in packaging. It seems like the parts were either poorly handled or not properly protected during shipping.

Stealing customers’ money.
It’s been over three weeks since I received a damantes order. I sent all the pictures as they requested, and guess what they suggested? Send the broken pieces or a 30 euro refund for an order that cost 112 euro! Of course, I asked them to send the damantes pieces, and since then, I haven’t received a single reply (for over two weeks). I’ve sent multiple emails, but nothing.
This platform is stealing people’s money. Be aware, and I highly recommend not buying from them. Otherwise, it will turn out to be a mess.
