We ordered a white and pink house bed…
We ordered a white and pink house bed for our daughter, and while the design is adorable and just what we were looking for, we were quite disappointed with the condition of the product upon arrival.
Several of the wooden slats were noticeably scuffed, dented, or had chipped paint. For a new item, especially one meant for a child, we expected a higher standard of finish and care in packaging. It seems like the parts were either poorly handled or not properly protected during shipping.
