Absolute Scam – Avoid Pro Housekeepers at All Costs
I booked a cleaning with Pro Housekeepers, and they never showed up. No phone call, no email, no text—nothing. I tried calling them multiple times and got no response. To make things worse, their system fraudulently charged me for a service that never happened and even had the nerve to send me an automated request for a review afterward.
I sent multiple emails asking for a reversal of the charges. No one replied. In the end, I had to cancel my payment method with the bank just to stop the charge. That’s not just bad business—that’s theft.
This company is a scam. Do not trust them with your time, your money, or your personal information. There are plenty of legitimate cleaning services out there—Pro Housekeepers is not one of them.
