If I could give zero stars I would I…
An absolute scam of a website and If I could give zero stars I would I order a doll back in December of 2025 I received the doll in January 2026 as the shipping was late and it didn’t arrive on the day they said it would, it didn’t look like the doll i ordered at all it was cheap and nothing resembling realistic look at all I have then been fighting since to get a 25% refund even tho I paid over £200 for this doll and I haven’t received the refund I’ve rang up my bank gone through my statements everything and I haven’t got the refund that was promised and I have been fighting since the beginning of January 2026 to get my refund that they do say gave back but haven’t and customer service is Crap and a a flipping pis take
They look nothing like the picture!
The doll looks nothing like the picture. I received a cheap looking doll that I would never buy. Customer service is crap. They told me I could mail the doll back. The address is a Chinese address. The cost of shipping is 86 dollars. Really not a point in returning. Who knows if that is a real address
Shedding hair and sticky skin
Got this doll for my daughter for Christmas and hair is falling out and the skin is all sticky. Contacted sippy a number of times and never received a reply. Worried I can’t dispute transaction now that sometime has gone past
I’m extremely disappointed with my…
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The doll they sent me was not the doll I ordered — completely different clothes, different accessories, and even a different doll altogether. When I reached out, they asked for photos, which I provided, clearly showing the mistake. They apologized but then only offered a 10% discount on the purchase of another doll.
I replied explaining that I simply wanted the correct doll I originally paid for, and after that, they stopped responding entirely. No replacement, no resolution, just ignored emails. Very unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend buying from this website.
Paid for rooted hair, baby was bald within one week of purchase.
Actual baby isn’t what’s depicted in the description or picture at all. And for the love of God, do not pay extra money to get the rooted hair, when we opened the box, the dolls hair was all over her body. The hair comes off in patches and within one week the baby is bald. The hair just falls off, you don’t have to do anything to it, it just falls out. Complete waste of money.
Total and Complete Sham
I sent an email explaining that I received the wrong doll (caucasian) when I requested an african skin tone doll. The company’s respondents Mona or Alina did nothing to make the correction. They repeatedly stated the african doll comes in many shades. Clearly the picture I sent shows the doll being white. The first time I ordered the exact doll for someone else it was right one some how do they screw up the same exact order? And they refused to give me back my money or simply exchange the order out for me to receive the right one. In fact, they’ve stopped responding altogether. Completely ignoring and disrespectful to the customer. They need to be held accountable!!
I also got scammed
I also got scammed. I am emailing back and forth and they started at 10%, 15% now 25%. Haven’t got anywhere. They sent me an address to mail the doll back to China for a full refund but no label. The label has to be provided by them since the doll is not what was advertised and on receipt. Last option is to go through PayPal so they can do aCharge back. Someone else recommended to do this and seems I might go that route.
They scam, gaslight, and don't refund
One star is being way too kind. This company steals, scams, gaslights, and has awful customer service through and through.
1. They order cheap vinyl dolls from amazon, Alibaba, shein and then resell them as handmade artisan silicone reborns. Reverse search any one of their listings to see where it's originally sourced from.
2. They advertise that the dolls have heartbeat and coos when they do not.
3. They tried to gaslight me and tell me that the counterfeit product was made specially with variances from an artist, as if I didn't reverse search the listing.
4. When I accused them of stealing reborn artists work to sell cheap dolls and that I would file a lawsuit on the artists and other scammed victims behalf, they never denied the practices, they became worried and offered me a 5% refund increase on top of the measly 10 and 15% they offered. (Their refund offers only covered shipping and taxes which I did not have a problem with. I have a problem with the fake reborn I received.)
5. I traced their listings and company operations back to multiple other sites including reborndollsshop and babeside, therefore be weary of those sites as well. They are all owned and operated by rebornartdoll.
I ordered a $120 handmade silicone doll and received a cheap piece of mass produced vinyl.
Rebornart is a S C A M
So the doll I ordered looked NOTHING like what I received. I was offered a 10% refund almost ONE month ago and I’ve yet to receive a dime of my money back. I will never order from them again. My doll was too expensive for the lack of follow through
This website is a total scam
This website is a total scam, the pictures are not even theirs. They are stolen from other websites. You pay a doll for almost $100 usd and get a cheap plastic wanna be reborn doll that has nothing to do with the picture. If you want a reimbursement they say they offer you only 10% back and you keep the doll, or you have to pay the shipping to china. DO NOT buy from this website
The doll my 5 year old granddaughter…
The doll my 5 year old granddaughter received for Christmas looked similar (like a cheap copy) to the one I she thought she was getting by viewing it online. The doll online had real life-like hair and chubby cheeks. the doll she received had painted on streaks for hair and a much smaller head. The doll set did not arrive as a set. Even though I paid extra for a set which showed a doll and her extra items in a box together, The doll arrived separately from the carrier and clothing. The rest of the set came weeks later from China wrapped in a ball in a mail plastic wrapper! Totally cheaply done. No care given to the items and I had to unroll it all and try to re-shape the doll carrier before wrapping it up for Christmas. The whole thing is a huge disappointment. The company is only willing to give 10% back to me.
BUYER BEWARE!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! This is a fake and scam. The dolls you see online are NOTHING like what you will receive. DO NOT ORDER from their sites. My daughter was SO SAD Christmas morning. I hope this review finds someone as I didn’t see any true reviews of this company and I suspect the reviews on their website are fake.
Scammed by RealArtDolls
I was scammed. I purchased one for my granddaughter then before it arrived I purchased another for my granddaughters friend who plays with her. For the 2nd doll, I did purchase the Seel insurance so when the dolls arrived, I was able to get my money back on the 2nd doll which was cheaper than the first. Realartdolls, offered me 10% back on the first doll. I'm still working on a full refund. Do Not Purchase from RealArtDolls. The pictures lie!! These are hard dolls and they are not posable.
Awful doll
Awful doll. Hair is shedding. The eyelashes are falling off. The silicone is so sticky we’ve had to wash it and apply baby powder several times, and this is just day two! I paid $289 and ordered a blonde doll - received a brunette. I should have checked the company on Trustpilot before I purchased. Do not make my mistake - do not buy a doll from rebornartdoll.com
If I could give -10 stars I would
If I could give -10 stars I would! My daughter opened this gift on Christmas morning and burst into tears. The beautiful baby in the picture is nothing like the freakish doll we received. I have been in email conversations for 3 days, sent images and requested a refund… today they have told me the maximum I can get is 30%. I feel so stupid for not checking this was a legitimate site and I am blown away they are still allowed to operate! PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! The return address offered was some persons house in China… the doll is horrendous and scary looking with matted hair and a bright red face! I will be doing my best to put warnings all over the internet!!
Similar experience to others
Similar experience to others. My daughters doll was not as pictured. Their customer service was junk so I just filed a claim with my credit card company as these guys are chinese scammers. They asked me to ship the doll to Mr. Ting in guangdong china. Unreal.
If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, my review would be more accurate. I never received delivery of my order. It was lost in transit. This company refused to give me a refund. They have over $200 of mine that needs to be refunded and they will do nothing to help. They are completely fraudulent and I would recommend any customer avoid this site.
This company is a complete scam
Follow up: I filed a dispute with my bank and got my money back!
This company is a complete scam. The product I received was cheap, defective, and nothing like what was advertised. The hair started falling out almost immediately, and now the eyes are literally falling out of the doll. This is beyond poor quality — it is unacceptable and borderline fraudulent.
What makes this even worse is the customer service. I contacted them multiple times requesting a refund, and instead of taking responsibility, they deliberately avoided the request, gave vague excuses, and kept trying to dodge any real resolution. It’s clear they have no intention of standing behind their products.
This feels like a company that takes people’s money and hopes they’ll just give up when problems arise. I feel completely taken advantage of. Do not trust the photos, the descriptions, or the promises — they are misleading.
Save yourself the frustration and do not buy from this company.
