Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Forced to interact with this company due to DSA. They unfortunately NEVER answer their phone, even capita can’t get through to them on my behalf. They also don’t answer emails or reply to the many messages I have left on their phone. Trying to get my DSA equipment delivered has been a nightmare. Especially as I have been in hospital with my heart condition whilst trying to contact them and the stress is likely not helping my health. For a company supposed to be providing equipment to people with disabilities this is shameful and I will be seeing what options for escalating and making student finance England aware that they should not contract with this company.
The fact their trustpilot is unclaimed says it all really.

Additionally, I understood his mode of teaching as he was very patient and came to my level of understanding.

Excellent Trainer!

I want to share my experience with the Remtek trainer, Chloe Gallagher. She is an excellent trainer, detailed and brilliant! Chloe answered all my questions about the software, Gragon and Genio Notes, with clarity. Aside from her training skills, she's also very computer-savvy and was able to set up my computer effortlessly. I really appreciate that she promised to help out whenever I might be stuck. What an awesome human being she is! Overall, my experience has been incredibly positive!

Terrible experience

Remtek have not accommodated or supported me when installing software. They do not answer emails and their ring back service is rubbish! I am really disappointed that the DSA uses them. As a student with learning needs this is so frustrating and disempowering!!!

Once they received payment…

Once they received payment (contribution), ghosted.
No response now the money for contribution to equipment has been made.
Automatic chasing reminders "not too late" to place order have stopped, and so have all comms from staff.

So £250 down, no reply on email, phone....
Thinking this is really scammy.

Remtek will not split an order by date

An approved DSA team support package for hardware and software to help with my daughter's University stay. Remtek is the supplier, training and delivery service for the DSA items. The hardware (lockable fridge) needed to be delivered to the Uni accommodation due to it size, the software needed to be delivered before going to Uni, so it could be installed and familiarised by us due to the communication problems my daughter has. Remtek refused to split the order by time, therefore making the software redundant as my daughter will not install this software on her lap top on her own or allowing an unknown process accessing her laptop. Considering this is a service meant to help people with disabilities, it has just added more problems to an already complicated process.
