Just got new tires installed and a wheel bearing changed. The price was fair, and the work was completed in a timely manner. Will definitely go back to them and refer them.

Spotless Auto Glass and Car Care (Whitby) – Blown Engine on Day 67
Picked up the car on Dec 16, 2017
On Day 4 of having it – Retuned to Spotless for the following issues: Engine light (timing chains - P0008), alignment issue and radiator issue.
No charge for repairs. The engine light would come on several times a week. I was told by “Spotless” that I’d have to wait 6-8 weeks for the repair.
Day 18 - Retuned to Spotless for the following issues: Rack and pinion leaking. No charge for the repair. Covered under vehicle safety.
Day 33 – Retuned to Spotless for the following issues: The performance, driveability and safety of the car gave me concern. Took it to Spotless to have them (Dave) test-drive it. Was told it drove fine.
Day 35 - Retuned to Spotless for the following issues: Radiator was leaking. Thought it should have been covered under the vehicle “Safety”. I paid $380 to repair/replace.
Day 54 - Picked up the car after the timing chains were replaced. It was sent to a garage (Roy Nichols) that we did not authorize to do the repairs. It was to go to Nurse Chevrolet. Total bill was about $400, which covered a tune-up and the timing chains. Timing chains were under warranty.
Day 59 - Car was running worse than before the timing chain replacement. Took it to my mechanic for repair. A coil pack and spark plug was replaced ($500 paid).
Day 67 –After the timing chains were done, the performance and driveability seemed to be degrading rapidly. As I was on the highway going to my mechanic to check the issue(s) with the car, the engine blew right on the 401. From Day, the car never seemed to run right.
Day 93 - Picked up the car with the new (used) engine installed by a mechanic. The job was partially covered under warranty, but I still paid over $3100 out of my own pocket. The replacement engine ran smooth, with no hesitation, no sluggish response or poor performance. It drove like a different car.
Considering we've only had the car for just 2-months (67 days) when the engine blew, we asked "Spotless" if they would assist us with paying for the replacement engine (or labor costs). We were told NO.
Between the day I picked up the car (Dec 16, 2017) to the day I got the car back for the engine replacement (Mar 16, 2018) I drove it 40 of the 93 days. The rest of the time the car was either in the "shop", or parked for it was unsafe to drive or not driveable at all.
