Bad customer service.
Fast delivery and great prices, but pray that you don't have to use the warranty!
I bought a Dynavoice Challenger Sub 10 and under less than 3 weeks (approx. 10 hours of playing) it started making strange noises even when not connected to the amplifier.
I was instructed to make a warranty claim on their homepage and the return mail said I would get closer instructions within 24 hour. That was 20 days ago and I still have no heard anything. I did ask for an update after 10 days and got the answer that they were busy but would return as fast as possible!
I am just happy that this was just a cheap subwoofer for the office and not one of the two 15" subwoofers I bought for my cinema (also from SUMO).
