Really slow delivery. Unapologetic when contacted customer services to say it’s 5 days late with no correspondence from them.
The product is ok but reluctant to use them directly again due to their customer service
Mickey wasn’t working, explained it to customer services with a few emails backwards and forwards and they arranged for me to get a free replacement and to collect the defective one. Great service
2 very happy children with Tonie boxes.
When I recently contacted customer service(no problem of theirs), the response was more than good. Thankyou
Ordered on December 6th, for a Christmas present. Tracking kept saying parcel would be delivered, but no sign. Tried to contact tonies twice via their online form with no replies. Ordered products from another company, raised a PayPal dispute. Items randomly arrived on 10th Feb with no option to return due to the order being older than 30 days old.
I don't think it worth the cost far too expensive for what it is
Our Tonie is a great experience for our child, we use it for winding down and hyping up the mood. With English being a second language for him he had greatly improved vocabulary since we started using the Tonie box it's bearly been a month and i can have full conversations with him. Great variety of toys. Solidly wish that what is available in the UK tonies store, was also available in the EU stores. And a headphone jack would be appreciated. These things would complete our experience but overall we are very happy customers.
My grandson loves his new Tonie box and Tonies, that he got from Father Christmas. He is 5 and picks the one he wants to listen to at bedtime. I am reliably informed he now goes to bed much easier and a lot more contently.
I love the choice of Tonie's that are available.
The set-up is a little complicated, going between the device, the website, and the app. But that's likely more of a "me" problem... what with being a moron an'all.
But other than my own inability to follow simple instructions without having a cheeky little Menty B, the actual Tonies Box is great.
Suggestion though: for when the kids go to bed, there should be Tonies for grown-ups... Grownies, if you will. Here are some suggestions
- Zach Bryan: Just plays some of his songs
- Frodo: Plays the Lord of the Rings book
- Christian Grey: Because... yanno... 50 Shades of Storytelling
- Maya Jama: Plays voice clips of the best bits of Love Island
- Jack Black: Just him doing that "a-roobie-doobie-dooo" scat thing he does
- The Vine Logo: Vocal stims for millenials
- Ricky Gervais: Just a full audio recording of his latest stand-up
and while we're on the comedy vibes...
- A little Rob Beckett and Josh Widdicombe: Parenting Hell Podcast, and it updates every time they release a new episode (this would actually be banging...)
Any way, I'm free to come work as a marketer for Tonies. Give me a shout, legends.
Love our tonies! Our one year old enjoys being able to put the tonies on and off and having control over it!
Customer services were fantastic when I had a charging issue. They went above and beyond what was expected and the matter was resolved in the replacement of parts. Couldn't be more of a positive experience. Thank you so much.

Tonies is a fantastic product that makes screen-free entertainment truly fun and engaging for kids. The Toniebox is easy to use, durable, and thoughtfully designed for little hands. The stories, songs, and educational content keep children entertained while also encouraging imagination and learning. It’s wonderful to see kids independently enjoying audio play, and the quality of both the content and the characters is excellent. Highly recommended for families looking for a creative and kid-friendly alternative to screens!
The Toniebox 1 charger stopped working and as I hadn’t owned it for a year, I was given a voucher for a new Toniebox.
It was fantastic customer service!

Daughter tonie box broke, tonies was quick to resolve this issue with in 24hours! Even offered us an upgrade to the tonies 2 free of charge! One happy little girl again.

The idea is great. But it is really hampered by the fact that most of the songs are not genuine/original to the point that it ruins the experience. The songs are mostly poorer quality re-recordings and not the originals from the Disney films.
For a toy that costs so much money I would have expected the genuine songs. Or, it should be clearly advertised that they are not the originals songs. This seems misleading.

Brliant customer who resolved an issue quickly and to a high standard.
Our little boy (almost 3) loves the tonie box, using the characters independently and snuggling down to listen to a story or 5.

Had a tonies box since they came out lasted 7 ish years (and still going strong) my daughter wants one so got the newer version. It’s got to be better right? WRONG! First one broke didn’t connect, second one restarted over and over 15 times before connecting and our third (yes THIRD) replacement now doesn’t turn on at all 😒 messaged on the 28th of DECEMBER and have still heard nothing 😠 at this point take the £600 worth of tonies back so I can go get something that actually works from elsewhere
Edited to add I contacted in the 28th of December and then have since contacted again so not sure how a third time will help 🫣

Unfortunately after using this product many times and I am now left really disappointed.
I bought some headphones as a Christmas present on the 1st December. I had received an email to say there was a delay (fair) and I was assured my order would arrive for Christmas. Fast forward to mid Feb and several attempts of emails without no response to customer service, I am still without a refund or the product I ordered.
Very disappointed!

My older child has a Toniebox and has had it for almost 2 years now. Never had any issues and he loves it. I bought one for my younger child in September. The first box they sent me was broken and wouldn’t hold charge. I returned this for a replacement. When the replacement arrived, the charger didn’t work. I had a lot of back and forth with customer service where they tried to get me to reset the box, etc. even though I knew it was the charger as I was able to charge the box on my other child’s charging station no problem. After weeks of back and forth they finally agreed to send a replacement charger. Despite having my order number, the charger that arrived was for the Toniebox 2. Eventually, after more emails, they sent the correct charging station. The new charging station also doesn’t work and has to be wedged up for it to connect to the Toniebox which isn’t safe, so I’m still having to use my other child’s charging station and switch the boxes back and forth. This has caused great upset as they are different colours. It’s clear from how many issues there have been with the new ones that they are cutting costs. I loved our first Toniebox and we have around 40 Tonies now but I’d no longer recommend them to anybody.
