Delayed eSIM Confirmation and Poor Customer Service

I subscribed to an eSIM on the 19th of Mai and still haven't received confirmation. Their responses to my emails take a week, and we cannot call them to resolve the issue promptly. They asked for additional information in different stages instead of requesting everything at once. I have now asked for my data and request to be deleted. Dont be in a rush...
