Nice product. Higher quality than expected. Delivery was not super fast, but not too slow either. Delivery info was mostly correct.

The solution was “try to buy it again”. Maybe first pay me back please before I spend another €40.

Very disappointing. Never received the order; placed an order 6 weeks ago. I have mailed them 4 times that I want a refund, but I get no reaction.

I designed well over 3000 products with this company since November 2024. Very good quality products some of which people known to me and my friends bought. Even up to now, those products are up for sale on Zazzle some of which are well over £100 per item. I have taken screenshots for evidence. Of all those products, I have never received one single penny. I am beginning to suspect that they could be some scammers in that company

The goods were sold from an EU website so import taxes etc should, as per EU law, be paid by the company. I was told by the customs that the paperwork with the shipment was incomplete. I had to provide an EORI number or VAT number. Those are nowhere mentioned on any of the websites or invoices. I managed to find a VAT number for ZAZZLE IRELAND but it turned out not to be correct.
The bright color that I've ordered is so dull, that it is almost greyer than my grandpa.
Also the cards are crooked because it was not cut in proper alignment. And the paper quality is shit, some of the edges are damaged.

I had previously ordered from them and was very satisfied with the product; however, I tried to order from them again and while they had a legit reason not to make the product, they neglected to inform me they canceled my order which was a gift I needed by a certain time. Luckily, I looked online to see the update, but when I asked what happened to my order, they indicated I was lying by saying it must ended up in the spam folder which is BS because I specifically searched both the inbox and spam for any Zazzle emails. Just own up to your mess up, not blame your customer.

Exactly the stickers I wanted. Fast production and delivery. Superb quality.
I was left with several hundred euros worth of bad quality Christmas paper that I couldnt return. Getting in touch with Zazzle is imposible and my mutiple requests for the returns was simply ignored. I will never use this site evet again.

Very bad experience. Paid special rate for fast delivery. Package hold I’m airport. No feedback from zzazle. Refuse to return money. Thanks to them missing personalises gift. Not recommend
