I’m very disappointed with dazzle.nl quality of printing. I created business cards with my own logo on it. It looked very good when I made it and saw it on the screen, but when I received it and opened the box, I got very disappointed. All the text was very blurry and barely visible and my logo color was different and with a black shadow on it.
I applied to the customer service and they agreed it doesn’t look the way it should be, and we agreed on reprinting it, but reprinted ones looked exactly the same, so double disappointment.
I rated it 3 stars just because of excellent customer service. And I got my money refunded also very fast.
