Most of the information from the AI assistant was good but it seemed so keen to please that it wouldn’t definitively say “no - your recipes won’t be available straight away”. So we went round the block three times before I got the “no” out of what was a yes/no question

I could not get in touch with a human and was stuck communicating with AI which kept on providing the same answer over and over. I cancelled my membership prior to the renewal and was still charged a renewal fee. I was not able to have my concerns resolved.

I’m 77 and have just experienced the new way to make contact with the ZOE team via the AI character. I’m trying to get the new App loaded on phone & iPad. It has been a clear straightforward interaction for obtaining information with the option for being referred to an actual human if necessary. I think older less experienced folk can manage it - only other requirement being patience+persistence! WELL DONE ZOE.

I had a few issues in the app whereby the AI function wasn’t finding goods all of a sudden and various buttons and boxes had disappeared. As a result, the message conversation with support also disappeared. This made it really difficult to resolve. However, with Dani and Morgan’s help, this has now been resolved with an app update.

Best thing I ever did - totally changed my thinking around food. I loved the prompts in the first edition as it kept me focussed. As you complete this, the interactive activities reduce which means you don’t need to use the app as much so you lose the connection. But overall it’s been a great programme to be involved in. I’d love to carry on but there’s not enough interactive stuff - it’s mainly menus which is great but I tend to just look on line. I’d highly recommend going through it.

I've paid over 300GBP to learn nothing new. It's simply a very very pricey food journal.
Seems like the glucose test I paid for was now scrapped as not helpful at all.
And the gut test is, as per their own T&C, NOT medical data, therefore A. not accepted/not useful when in any doctor consultations and B. they are not required to verify accuracy of their results with any medical entity.
If your gut doesn't feel right, you'll be better off paying a similar amount for a gut test with proper medical provider (who has verified results and meets medical standards) and consulting a proper doctor for advice.

Terrible customer service. Duplicate payment taken from My credit card. The only communication has been with their app chat. I have been unable to speak to a person and the issue has not been sorted.

I cannot cancel my subscription because there is no trace of me online. I cannot get this message over to the AI bot and can’t get past it to speak to a real person. You are quick to take the money. How am I to stop future subscriptions? The supplement has not helped me to feel better.
Update. I can’t fault Zoe’s willingness to refund my unwanted subscription. It was an easy procedure to return the subscription and to receive the refund. I had made a typo error on my original purchase. Thank you for the good ending.

I prefer the old app. I am wondering whether the new app is still being developed while in production. Nothing works that well. I have not had much success with the emphasis on taking a picture of my meal. It took a while for my saved recipes to come on board and they are now in imperial rather than metric measurements. I find ziggy would be great for kids but I’m a little too mature for him

I received results of my gut health test and was horrified at how poor they were, even though I had begun a plant-based diet 2 weeks before the test. I posted a question on the Zoe app, and initially was not impressed with the response. But after persevering, I was able to unlock more information resources that were genuinely helpful. Still, a chat with a human would have taken less time, I think.

I only joined four days ago but I’m in awe of the app which breaks everything down on your plate into specific nutrients etc. it’s fascinating. I did have a problem but all was explained in minute detail. This makes meal times very interesting and totally informative and close to hand. I’m so glad I decided to do this as it’s a game changer for me.
