Ruined floor and sequential continuous delays

I ordered two big wardrobes, and two long cabinets. The first wardrobe was built with no delays but the second one has had a problem after the next. A product that should have been finished mid August is still in progress one month later. Pieces were forgotten in the original order and mounting is taking place over several rounds. This meant that I had to be home to receive orders many times and even more times I had to be available for mounting and re-mounting! In the last round they even misplaced parts needed for the mounting hence delaying things further. Some materials that were give to me for the maintance of the wardrobe were removed from my house leaving me the headache of having to enquire about them and potentially having re- delivered….. again!!

This is just the start of my long and painful experience: the moving company that they hired to bring the wardrobe to my house: a brand new house with a new floor filled with scratches by amatorial movers!!
Since a proper fix cannot take place now there is a chance that HTH will pay for a “patching job” that will likely cause a discolouring of the floor in some areas. This will require patience and time before the floor will (maybe) become uniform again.
In conclusion an experience that started in the best possible way is unwinding into a never ending story of patching mistakes. So disappointing and time consuming!
