Completely incompetent and seemingly not interested in fulfilling the contract you have with them. Do not transfer money to this company before they have delivered the products and services they sold you.

I regret having tried again after previous bad experiences. They managed to sell the wrong combination of parts AND miss/swap something every time. And yet we fell for it again. We thought the new parts should match what we already have in our home and tried a different location of HTH this time. It's absurd how much they got wrong and instead of a beautiful new bathroom we now have a huge mess with unusable new cabinets and sink, stuff in boxes on the floor and no old furniture left as it was supposed to be replaced. Them personally coming in to re-measure before our order also seems to have been pointless as the "custom" size they made would look like an off-the-shelf fit even if they had managed to deliver the right parts.

UPDATE (3+ weeks later): As you can see HTH is upset about the bad review (also letting us know via email). But they haven't done much to fix things.
We finally got the countertop as ordered a few days ago. It had a scratch right out of the packaging. We are still waiting for the one cabinet they delivered in wrong colors and the small parts that were wrong. We also realized while setting up that they had not included any screws in the correct length to drill into the countertop (the one we ordered is thinner than average).
HTH was so focused on blaming us and evading responsibilities, that we ended up spending the time to find an actual free standing sink (as seen in their design but not delivered) along with a matching faucet. We had to buy this on top of the money already spent. The additional time for splitting into multiple dates for setup instead of a single day is also out of our own pocket. HTH has not refunded the items they agreed are completely wrong and should be returned (sink and faucet) or transferred the small discount they agreed to give. They had one failed attempt at picking up these things which we have to store. We put it out in the snow for a while only to learn they would not pick it up either way. Too bad for whoever they want to sell it to next.

A really good experience when we we approached HTH Go, Glostrup for a support and service. @Kevin Juul Bjørkmann were particularly helpful by being specific to details and proactive. Our renovation project wouldn’t have been a success without the support. Thanks HTH Go, Glostrup.

Purchased and collected a couple wardrobes at HTH Glostrup. One of them was very dirty including some amounts of what appears to be human hair. The wardrobes also had numerous dents, scratches, marks, and blemishes that could not be removed with cleaning. I e-mailed several times with photos, but never heard back.

I would say the price paid was inconsistent with the quality as delivered. The material of the cabinets is the same MDF used by less expensive brands. The supplied hardware (hinges etc.) is also almost identical. And the options for customization are limited compared to the competition. Combined with the quality issues and lack of customer service, I can only recommend against HTH/Nobia.

On the plus side, the cabinets were quite easy to assemble even as a one-person job.

My bad experience is with HTH Hillerød. Stay away from them if your time and energy is important for you. They are very disorganized and do not care for customer satisfaction. They book meetings and forget to come and pretend it wasn’t their fault. This has happened twice in a row. Do not do business with them.

This company has a tendency to offer you problems, instead of solutions.

Don't bother buying anything from HTH. They are slow, expensive and don't really care if you're satisfied with the stuff you ordered. And if you try to return, they will threaten that they only refund 75%. Not even sure this is legal.

Look into other companies, such as kvik køkken or ikea. Cheaper, better service and solution-oriented.

I ordered two big wardrobes, and two long cabinets. The first wardrobe was built with no delays but the second one has had a problem after the next. A product that should have been finished mid August is still in progress one month later. Pieces were forgotten in the original order and mounting is taking place over several rounds. This meant that I had to be home to receive orders many times and even more times I had to be available for mounting and re-mounting! In the last round they even misplaced parts needed for the mounting hence delaying things further. Some materials that were give to me for the maintance of the wardrobe were removed from my house leaving me the headache of having to enquire about them and potentially having re- delivered….. again!!

This is just the start of my long and painful experience: the moving company that they hired to bring the wardrobe to my house: a brand new house with a new floor filled with scratches by amatorial movers!!
Since a proper fix cannot take place now there is a chance that HTH will pay for a “patching job” that will likely cause a discolouring of the floor in some areas. This will require patience and time before the floor will (maybe) become uniform again.
In conclusion an experience that started in the best possible way is unwinding into a never ending story of patching mistakes. So disappointing and time consuming!

It's good furniture, service is fast and all, but i feel a bit that i overpaid.

Worst customer service ever.
You cannot trust that they put what you asked for in the material list for the order. And if they make a mistake, they do not accept it at all. They never ever cover for their employee’s mistakes.
It is fine if they make a mistake as long as they accept and cover it, instead of making the customer pay for it.
I do not recommend them in no way.

HTH Slagelse. Worst experience ever; they made a bunch of mistakes, forgot to deliver on multiple items. The table top was not centered as shown in the picture nothing was fitting properly even though their boss came to take measures. Go to IKEA, same quality with a better customer experience.

after 4 years of use, i can see the paint came off so much. I had before a IKEA kitchen which lasted better and longer. Disappointed big time with the quality having in mind the price !!

I posted a few days ago about our bathroom renovation, with a 2 star review. I’m leaving a 1 star review now, because I am so fed up with the way our simple renovation has been handled by a worker at the Glostrup branch.

The worker came over THREE months ago, and we finally received a bordplade and two cupboards a couple of weeks ago. Along the way the worker we’ve dealt with has gotten measurements wrong, has been hard to get on to, and has only recently been more communicative. We were missing two things when we got everything delivered, and after finally putting a lot of pressure on him, he promised we’d get the two missing items within 48 hours. That was about 5 days ago and we are still missing one of them.

Today we had handymen over to install it, and realised that the worker has completely mis-measured the sink, which won’t fit in the cupboard underneath (the cupboard is 47cm in width and the sink is 48cm...). I told him very specially that the cupboard’s outer measurements are 50cm so we need a sink that fits with that size. He has also been here physically, to measure, and I sent him a floor plan of our bathroom, with all the measurements.

I understand that people make mistakes, but we have been so patient and we cannot believe how long this has now taken and how poor the service has been, with so many stuff ups along the way.

We expect a significant discount, for all the time and energy we’ve spent trying to contant our worker, fix his mistakes and have handymen come over to assess what needs to be fixed. We have clearly been unlucky, given the mostly excellent reviews of HTH, but this is why I hope that you will be professional and act on our complaint quickly, so that we can finally finish our bathroom, which we consulted you about over three months ago!!

Edit: Hi HTH. Thank you. We contacted our worker today, who has promised to get onto the case, which we really hope he does. We will contact you, via email, as suggested, if we to experience further problems.

We built a house with Huscompaniet and the kitchen was from HTH. We were very happy with their service, the quality of the furniture and communication with them.
Our contact there was Louise Falkenberg Groth from Holstebro, she was very service minded, offered great guidance and willing to help with any request. We recommend her greatly.
