When you indicated that you wanted to sell a phone in "like-new condition," it was clearly stated in our valuation that "like-new" means the phone must show no signs of use whatsoever. However, the phone we received had several noticeable scratches on the screen and significant dents on the edges. As a result, the valuation price was lower than what was initially displayed for a phone in like-new condition.

You also stated that the battery health was above 85%, but our inspection showed that the battery health was below this threshold. Despite this, a full deduction was not applied in this case.

We find it unfortunate that you decided to give us a low rating, especially considering that you had the option to cancel the sale and have the phone returned to you at no cost if you were not satisfied with the proposed price.
