When you indicated that you wanted to sell a phone in "like-new condition," it was clearly stated in our valuation that "like-new" means the phone must show no signs of use whatsoever. However, the phone we received had several noticeable scratches on the screen and significant dents on the edges. As a result, the valuation price was lower than what was initially displayed for a phone in like-new condition.

You also stated that the battery health was above 85%, but our inspection showed that the battery health was below this threshold. Despite this, a full deduction was not applied in this case.

We find it unfortunate that you decided to give us a low rating, especially considering that you had the option to cancel the sale and have the phone returned to you at no cost if you were not satisfied with the proposed price. We hope for your understanding and are always here to address any questions or concerns you may have.

Hi Christian,

I was actually a bit saddened to read this review.

You contacted us expressing dissatisfaction with the phone you received. We never questioned what you said, as we always choose to listen to our customers since customer satisfaction is very important to us. We suggested that you return the device to us so that we could send you a new one and offer you compensation for the inconvenience. You chose not to do so. Instead, we offered you a discount on the phone you had received, which you accepted and received immediately.

A few days later, you contacted us again, stating that you had changed your mind and wanted to return the device. We, of course, said that it was fine and sent you a return QR code so you could send the device back. However, when I check the shipment, it appears that you still have not returned the device, despite email communication where you mentioned that you wanted to send it back.
