They cleaned someone else's apartment…

They cleaned someone else's apartment instead of my own. Sent me pictures of the inside of that person's apartment and then tried to tell me I just didn't realize they had been there and cleaned. I did finally get a refund, but it took talking to 3 different people and telling them I was going to talk to my apartment manager before they seemed to take me seriously
